I was in to pick up medications and I was lucky enough to have Myah C assist me. She was so patient and helpful with answering my questions. CVS on Northwest Dr is very fortunate to have her as an associate.

I don't really do any shopping here other than pick up my prescription but I do purchase over the counter medz and save by using in store coupons. The staff is always very polite and helpful.

Emily the pharmacist , who was working Saturday morning on February 8, 2025 .
Needs retraining on Courtesy Respect and Professionalism. Her child like and confrontational behavior is disturbing.
I had an issue with a CVS pharmacy customer who walked and stood in front of me on line without having the courtesy or class to articulate why she felt the need to go in front of me as I was waiting on line . Upon confronting the customer and advising her that there was a line and she basically “ cut the line “ the customer then became confrontational.
Emily the pharmacist felt the need to step away from her work duties to intervene and defend the classless woman who went in front of me on line without any hesitation or explanation, as I waited like every other person does upon waiting for a prescription or consultation.
The pharmacist continued to say “ she doesn’t have to explain why she cut you on line !” I told Emily it was none of her business and Adults with class don’t just skip the line ! Emily continued to defend the customer and argue with me rather than using class and professionalism to articulate what was happening to help defuse the situation.
What an experience of dealing with two children who defended their wrong doings
And shame on the Pharmacist!
Maybe that’s why the wait time is so lengthy to get a prescription and the lines are too long because Emily is too busy being a busy body and causing havoc where it is not needed.

cvs team helped us when we needed help, and answered all questions and was informative. And when needed cashier for checkout, cashier came running fast. I love CVS as CVS has many women of various nationalities-backgrounds. I LOVE THIS-THAT. As asian woman helped us find item and black female checked us out. Thank you very much. Store hours are listed for opening at 8:00 am. There has been a handful of times that they don’t open until close to 9:00 am. The employees are constantly late and customers are waiting outside for them to open. The last time I came to this cvs, they did not open until 8:30 am. When I asked the employee why they were late opening he said he ran into traffic on his way here. Absolutely unacceptable and now calling corporate .

Ladies, don't go at night to this CVS. There's no one there. The people who work there were in the back room. And was upset when I wanted to pay with cash for med. Told me to use the self check. Loss a customer.

Wish I could give 0 stars! This place is really horrible and not costumer friendly at all! All the CVS are going down hill. Going to switch to a different pharmacy!

So done with this pharmacy. Always an issue picking up my prescriptions. I had 1 refill left on one of my medications I’ve been taking since 2017 which I never once had a problem filling. This time, they told me they couldn’t fill it and tried contacting my doctor 3 times. But why are you contacting my doctor when I clearly have a refill left? They said they saw the refill but it needs to be approved. WHY?! IT MAKES NO SENSE! Legally you’re supposed to fill it! It’s a valid refill! It’s not even narcotics! Gave me no logical explanation. Instead of playing games I decided to change my pharmacy. I’m done with them.

I am a frequent customer of the CVS on Northwest Drive in Farmingdale and have to say Domenica, the pharmacist is one the the most caring and helpful individuals I have ever dealt with. Even though she is busy most of the time, she always has a smile on her face and always assists with my questions which I'm sure can be annoying. ++++++

The pharmacists here have always been lovely. There is a new pharmacist that thinks she is a physician - they need to get rid of her fast before she ruins the entire pharmacy! YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR! If a doctor calls in a prescription, you are supposed to advise where necessary and fill the damn prescription. Shame on you!
