Excellent experience. I had to pay for the damages I had. I'm glad the numbers weren't over inflated. I had coffee while the inspector was inspecting the fusion lounge.

DATE: October 2023...My experience with Fusion Auto Finance was very favorable. Extending my lease was simple and my payments remained the same (that was a PLUS) ! Everyone in the "End of Lease Dept." had my information available to them and like magic everything just continued as is. My story continue with Valerie Cantu in the "Title Dept". I considered changing my title and Valerie shared with me her expertise in this matter. She was always able to be reached by phone (which is seldom available in some companies). Her experience in her field is great and she gave me the education I needed to make an informed decision. I praise Fusion Finance for their great Customer Service.
DATE: October 2024....After extending my lease, it was now time to return it to Fusion. My initial interaction was with Dawn Varela who was great in starting me in the right direction. I was initially concerned about the wear and tear over the 5 years that we leased this Jeep. The End of Lease Department did an inspection and gave me a detailed report. To my surprise, they also gave me the opportunity to return original tires and rims that were no longer on this vehicle. I then did that and this reduced my payment which made me happy. Lastly, my dealings with Michelle and Ebony was always positive. They were courteous and helpful every time I called. I did require "lots-of-attention" since this process was new to me. Kudos to them for the job they do helping customers like me. Thank you Fusion.
