Fairly priced produce (well except for the berries) good selection of meats, prepared foods, and Italian products. Its my replacement for Best Market since they were replaced by Lidl, though the prices are not quite as good. It definitely has a loyal clientele, worth checking out.

Hello, I love Guintas stores and fresh products; I practically shop ever week there. But the store in Port Jefferson really needs the women's bathroom (and probably men's bathroom) to be renovated; currently it is really disgusting and does not adhere to hygiene standards. Especially that the female employees break room is in the same location just next to the bathroom. I have notified the store manager, your hotline, two emails to that store via your website but I got no response or results. Please help to clean and renovate the backrooms to make it match the quality of your fresh products.

Meat Farm Port Jefferson Buyer beware: Meat Farms: I purchased two cans of carnation fat-free milk I open one and found that that was all curdled. Then I read the bottom label. It was outdated almost a year. The other had been outdated as of July. I brought them back and they called me A liar, said that I didn't purchase them today when I did. Buyer beware check everything whenever you shop MEAT FARMS. They really don't care about their customers. Buyer beware check everything for outdated. The manager here is rude and did not believe that I purchased them today even though I had today's receipt. Buyer beware. LOOK AT LABELS. MANAGERS RUDE

Too bad upper management or owners do not acknowledge a good employee, managers etc. when they have one. All taken for granted while owner barks orders, you should have work a day or two in your store. Learn how to treat your employees with respect and not robots. care about and reward your valuable employees. cause I know they worked their butts off for you, Mr. meat farms during pandemic....did you appreciate that??

I have been going to this store for years however my recent encounter at their deli has made me choose other options for delis and cold cuts. I was very specific as always in requesting cold cuts and ham to be cut very thin. When I advised the woman who was serving me that the ham was not as thin as I would like; she proceeded to waive the meat in the air asking other workers if they thought the ham was thin. However I am the one paying $10.99 per pound and should only matter if I like the thickness as I am the one purchasing this item. This worker carried on humiliating me and arguing to the point that I left this store with no deli items and went somewhere else.Food is expensive today and to have to argue with deli workers about how thick the ham you are eating and purchasing should be is an utter disgrace. We will no longer waste our money at this store due to the rudeness and disgraceful behavior permitted by meat farms deli workers. TIP. Please go to Sequa deli all the service and quality is outstanding.

The grocery store was very clean and organized. All of the produce was so fresh no rotten fruits or vegetables here. The meat section was awesome. I got two huge porterhouse steaks to kick off Fourth of July weekend as well as 2 inch thick pork chops which were awesome. The deli section was really good too. I ordered the store brand maple turkey and it was fresh and great. Also Munster cheese. I notice other people getting the fresh made salads and they looked awesome. Next time I go I'll get some of that. I've never been to this location and it's about a 25 minute drive but I'll definitely be back.

Nice place with great produce and great meat selection. They even had blood sausage periodically. They've recently remodeled and it's clean and logical and just a pleasant place to be.

Buyer beware. This is the second time I got stuck with their meat. Yesterday I bought a $16.00 chuck roast. It looked good on the top and sides but when I went to cook it this morning the underside of the roast, a place that a consumer can't see, was brown with a greenish tint. Shame on you meat farms. You were always my go to for good quality meat and poultry. Two weeks ago I had the same thing happen with a porter house steak. While youv revamped your store esthetics, your product has declined. I won't be shopping here any longer.

Not crazy with the meat market. Thank you for ruining Mother's Day with spoiled meat. I bought 3 trays of pork chops and 2 of the trays are spoiled, smell like ammonia, ugh, unbearable. Not the first time I throw money away, but this one topped it. Don't have the receipt but took pictures before throwing them to the garbage I refuse to waste my Mother's Day time on a trip to the store. I wonder if you repack spoiled meat with new dates.

The service in this store is horrible they do not stand behind there products. I purchased Carolina cilantro lime rice and it was full Of mold. I went to return it and because I could not get there for 3 weeks they where not going to return my money. They manager in the Farmingdale location has no customer service skills and said the only reason he was going to return it was because it was Mother's Day. I will never shop in this store again.

Great local store especially after the expansion. Only problem is they're a bit pricey compared to other supermarkets. They do have the best produce around though! Blows most other supermarkets away. One of the best features they have is the amount of cashiers always on duty! Every store in the world should have as much customer service as they do at the register. On a down note not many of their store personnel don't speak English. They need to work on that.

Another type cast... don't judge a book by its cover or title. I always thought for years when I passed these Giunta's they were low budget, low end stores with poor choices of products. Boy was I WRONG, they have the best produce of any stores on Long Island, large variety and the freshest of the fresh.. right off the farm I feel. Everyone in the store is willing to help if you have a question, and they are real butchers in the back packaging fresh cut meats. Great deli department with Boars Head and there own names cold cuts as well and imported Italian specialty meats. They even have a bakery dept with some really great tasting desserts. I highly recommend you going and trying them out, you won't be disappointed.
