Tommy was very responsible and even worked on a Sunday for us! We appreciate how he made himself available so we were able to get our home inspection done. When it comes to home inspectors Tommy really is the best. His inspection walkthrough is full of information which Tommy makes sure to explain every detail. The report you receive details everything you need to understand your new home. I have had several home inspections using Tommy’s service and he saved me from buying a house that had several major problems. I cannot recommend him and his inspection enough.

I don't think there is an inspector that is more thorough and committed as Tommy. Tommy was detail oriented and took the time to explain everything about all aspects of the house and property. His report was easily readable and each and every part of the house was in it. I would recommend Tommy to the fullest if you want your inspection to be professional and the highest quality

We are first time home buyers and we hired Tommy to do an inspection for the house we were very excited to buy. We knew it was a fixer upper so I wanted someone thorough and chose Tommy based on the reviews. He did not disappoint at all. He did an excellent job and made me feel as if I thoroughly understood all the issues with the house. He was very thorough and did a good job explaining everything to me. If I was in the market for a second home, I would totally hire him again. On top of that, he is a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with.

Tommy is great in explaining everything while he is doing the inspection. What I appreciate most is that his explanation educated me how to understand issues with homes. I also appreciate that he was available for consultation over the phone for another property that I was considering to make an offer. I would recommend to have him at least once for inspections to learn what to look for when viewing properties. Noteworthy that he is really thorough in the inspection and can understand the extent of damages caused by termite or water which I found really helpful.
