“Matthew is a very well educated and highly certified professional with a passion for gemology. He has a professional lab in his office with up to 30 instruments at his disposal. I came in with a couple of fairly rare stones and he did a very thorough analysis. He researched them, spending probably more time than it was worth for him to come up with a reliable current retail value. His rate was very reasonable to boot. He was very personable even though it was late in the day which made it a fun visit as well. He will definitely be my ‘go to guy’ for any future appraisals.”
