Good afternoon, just to leave my review about the new tailor you have, I really liked his work and thanks to him I was able to be satisfied with his work since I didn't like the previous one but Ludwing did a very good job, I went with other tailors to fix my clothes but I still didn't like the work they did. I paid a lot for them but when I came back I ran into a new tailor and he promised me that it would look the way I wanted it, and that's how I was satisfied with the work that no one could do. Finally, there is a good tailor in the store thanks K&G for looking for good tailors my congratulations to the tailor for his good work I will give him 5 stars

Disappointing Experience with Employee Mary H at K & G Fashion Superstore I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional treatment I received from one of your employees, Mary H, during my recent visit to the K & G Fashion Superstore located at 140 Smith St, Farmingdale, NY 11735. On July 26, 2023 my son and I visited your store to purchase suits for an upcoming wedding. However, our experience was marred by the disrespectful behavior of Mary H, who holds the position of Key Holder. Her actions left me feeling profiled and disheartened, and my son was particularly affected by her treatment. During our visit, Mary H displayed a lack of professionalism and failed to provide us with the level of service one would expect from a representative of your establishment. Her demeanor and treatment towards us were incredibly disappointing and, quite frankly, a slap in the face as a consumer. I believe it is crucial for you, as the president/CEO, to be aware of such incidents, as they reflect poorly on your brand and reputation. As a loyal customer for over 20 years and also my father who only shop with your store for suit for over 25 years plus then me, I had expected a pleasant and satisfactory experience at your store, but instead, I encountered a distressing situation. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur. Customers, like myself, deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances.

The worst experience ever specially the old man that thinks he’s a designer or something and he thinks everybody is a thief who comes back in the changing room. My shirt size large and extra large so I asked him for his help he said to get XX large so I wanna get an XX large shirt to try it on but I know it wouldn’t fit me. He said I can I try Ron I said OK I’ll pay for it even if it doesn’t fit me he said you can’t do that with a bad attitude I’m not there for one hour finding a suit shoes pants and everything but he’s going to come up and say I canot try a shirt even though I told him I was gonna pay for it regardless it’s just 30 $40 that’s not gonna break my bucket i’ve been going to that place with my father and my uncles and brothers and the best 15 years this is one of the worst experience I’ve ever had don’t bring your problems at home to the place where you work at

K&G is a hidden gem. I went straight for my size rack, and hit jackpot. Staff is friendly and resourceful. Prices will amaze you. Highly recommend this place to all.

K&G has good prices on suits and clothes but not a lot of suit choices. The suit salesperson was very helpful but short staffed.

One star for the mistreatment I received from the tailor ALI who refused to give me his name. Came here the first time when he altered my son's suit for prom 2022 and he did a great job. However, things changed with my second son's experience. When my son donned the altered suit, the pants didn't look right around the shoe area. I couldn't pin point the problem as I'm not a tailor. So, He told me I'm disrespecting him and that I don't know $h!t a couple of times. Btw there were people including children in line waiting for the him to alter their clothes that were observing this. He refused to give me his name and stated I can't do $h!t if I report his behavior. So if I can't do anything why not give me your name ALI? I asked the store manager if she would be happy if her son's pants looked like how my son's pants looked after alterations and she stated she wouldn't be happy. The manager then suggested for us to go to another place that does alterations and pressing. She refunded the alteration fee of ALI's services. No excuse : how he behaved, but the only thing I think happened is that he was pressured to have to deal with our issue as people were waiting in line for his services. As we were talking to the manager ALI approached us and changed his behavior. I asked him why he seemed nice in front of the manager rather than how he was in the back of the store. He acted like nothing happened. I said you cursed at me. This man denied cursing and being nasty and my quiet son called him out and said he was a liar. I told him that he was a disgrace to the human race and he walked back to his fitting room. To ALI's boss, or the owner of K&G , I think You need to rethink your tailor. My son made a suggestion and wanted to know if the camera next to the fitting room works? You could have that whole scenario taped to see what type of employee you have working for you. I wish you were there to see his vulgarity and righteousness in front of other customers that were not adults. All in the name of that I don't know or can't do S*** to him in his own words. ALI, I think 16 years that you have been a tailor have expired as evidenced through how you handled an unhappy customer. You were unprofessional, vulgar and the fact that you lied after you said you didn't shows me what type of person you really are. If a customer isn't happy you try to talk to them and fix it or see their point of view. He was so head strong that he did perfect work that he dismissed my opinion and cursed at me. PS he measured my son's pants without my son having his shoes on. He had told my husband that it didn't matter that he didn't have his shoes on while he was measuring him. ALI ::::::BIG MISTAKE : Alterations class 101 According to my new tailor who fixed the problems, customer must don shoes they plan to wear with their suit when measuring proper length for pants. Look at Mark C's Yelp review of how his alterations turned out. I'm betting that the name of the tailor was ALI.
