I just received delivery of a custom made desk from LPS Interior and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and design of it.I wanted a desk that was well designed, would fit my work needs, and would not have a plain, boxy look to it. I needed to have the strength of an office desk but also look like it belonged in a small home office I shopped at a number of furniture stores and found LPS Interior. Luckily, Steven, LPS’s president, was on the sales floor the day I was shopping in his store. He was great. Later, he even came in specially early on a Saturday morning to help design the desk with me. He gave great suggestions to ensure I get what I had in mind, and added his knowledge and experience to make it an even better design. Steve customized and had it manufactured for me with my specific requirements. The other stores would not even consider spending the time and effort to help me. But Steven did!!! As I said, I received the desk yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the final product and the service I received. Thank you, Steven.

My company needed a complete office upgrade. We worked with Steven at LPS and he was nothing short of AMAZING! From brain storming our ideas, to what we would fit in our space and what would fit our budget to the execution LPS went above our expectations. They are a family owned and operated company that treated myself and my company as their family. I could not recommend them enough, especially Steven. If you are looking to redo your office, I highly recommend LPS!

Sincerely Disgusted. Steven Pou fundamentally created a hostile buying experience. He sincerely lacked charm, refused to go over features and benefits of an expensive item, and reflexively flinched muttering "of course internet has better prices, because you dont have to deal with me." Shocker, I personally rather purchase online for a better quality good than have to spoon feed information out of this man. The rest of the staff seems fine, but Steven Pou needs to go back to sales training because he simply crashed the reputation for his entire branch amongst a whole host of local area business professionals. Crass and tasteless, Avoid!

Had a great experience purchasing a high-end office chair from Steven and his team at LPS. The showroom is great and has everything you could possibly want to test out and see, plus they are very patient and allow you to take your time deciding which I did. Highly recommend LPS!

I brought my client here and had a stellar experience all round. Jared was my salesperson and he was diligent and dedicated to getting us what we need. He was reliably available and very responsive to emails and messages. Even once I met him at the door on his way home and he came back in to assist me. All without any kind of attitude. I liked that. They have a very beautiful showroom and super range of kitchen and layouts and stone. I was proud to bring my client here and she favored LPS showroom ambiance and attentiveness of the team most. Our selected product, a white oak kitchen island, was pristine. I cannot believe the difference when you jump from Fabuwood to St Martin. Just night and day. The quality of these St. Martin cabinets provided by LPS; the packaging, the delivery, the workmanship was excellent and we appreciated how LPS kept me informed of progress along the way. I would recommend you stop by.

Their quality products along with many choices & customization options made each office a great space with individual flair!The staff was polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Micheal was on site during deliveries and stayed until the job was complete, the teams that put the furniture together were courteous, quick and neat. I would highly recommend them! LPS Interiors is an excellent furniture and installation business to partner with. I have been working with them for over 10 years from small to complex projects in several locations and LPS knocks it out of the park every time for our company. Customer service is top notch. LPS treats you like family and are always available to address any questions or concerns. They are also the most competitive on pricing with many different brands of furniture to choose from. If you are considering furnishing a new office or updating I highly recommend LPS for your project.

I would like to give this business 1 star if I could .. I placed the order for 6 chairs reception room 11/29/2022 .sales person Michael C assured me chairs will in two weeks because they are in stock. I paid 1/2 of the balance on that date . after numerous callsthey finally brought chairs on 12/29/2022 but out of six only two were the right and 4 were wrong chairs when I called the person from the accounting office demanded major portion of the balance should be paid and leave $200 balance .. I was very upset and told them I would not pay total balance until rest of the right chairs delivered . NOW 1/30/2023 they were to deliver the chairs today but I just received the phone call from them that chair legs are miss placed and it wont be delivered today .. I'm very upset ..My reception room has only 2 chairs since 12/22 and God know when I get my furniture !. awful customer service I would not recommend this business.
