I would like to give no stars to this company. I have called and left 28 messages and sent in 8 message on their site. I have left 10 voice mails in over one and half months and have yet to hear back from anyone in that company. Horrible customer service. I am cancelling my order and never using this company.

This site had good reviews when I ordered but I have called numerous times and emailed with no response. Now I see others have the same issues. Lesson learned, hard lesson. Very frustrating

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Your order will be forever "on process", I have called 3 times and they will only tell you that someone will call you back- but never will. They would even tell you they would put a note as "urgent", but doesn't mean anything. I have to call the bank and void the payment.
