The place is dirty .. They don’t have proper carts for you to be able to move your stuff around. Then I have perfect credit with them . My card that I have on file there was hacked and I called explained it and they still continue to call and harass me. I have 2 units with them they took the other unit which mind you has increased in price twice within a year for what. I’m just done with people thinking they can just treat people like this place does . I have complained multiply times about the pee small the dirt everywhere. It was never like this before they switched owners

Chanelle and Ennio were absolutely fantastic in helping with my storage needs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process super easy. The facility is spotless and very well maintained, and loading in and out was quick and convenient. Highly recommend StorQuest Farmingdale if you’re looking for clean, secure, and professional storage!

My experience has been awesome. Enino and Rashonda are simply amazing. They are so professional and always willing to assist you wherever they can. I have been an extremely long tenant at the storage unit, 10yrs and 5mths to be exact. The property is organized and clean all the time. I certainly would recommend this facility to others. Thanks Enino and Rashonda for always going the extra mile. You deserve a bonus and a raise for all of your hard work.
