The store is a scam! Don't waste our time! Went there to transfer an unlocked phone and they could not do
they kept trying to sell me a tablet that I didn't want or need. Customer service from Metro t mobile said all i needed was a SIM card kit, so I went back the next day. When I went back, the clerk wanted $30 when it is sold for $10. That is so wrong! I left and will never go back!

Beware of this place! They are bunch of frauds and will try to rip you off any chance that they get. We went for a simple metro sim card. They checked our phone and said its compatable with the sim and told us it will cost $35 for the service and than charged us $66. When we confronted them they said these are additional fees for sim activation. I had my suspicion but didnt wanted to create a scene for few dollars. So i just went ahead with it. Then the representative started putting the sim in and after a while said the sim is not compatable with the phone. When I asked for refund they said they will not refund us the full money and will give us $40 back even though it was their fault. Then they satrted pushing us to buy a phone from them. We denied that offer. I even talked to the manager Kim over the phone and she was of no help either. Than they told us to try with another phone and the representative gave me her phone number and said to call her once I have the phone with me and she will activate the sim over the phone. So the next day I got another phone and started calling her several times but no one picked up. I went to the shop next day with the phone and now they said i will have to give them another $28 for activating the sim to a new phone on top of the $66 that they charged me. At that time i had no doubt that they are just a bunch of frauds who is ripping people of in bright day light. I asked for my money back and this time they said they wont give me any money back. I was furious at that point and filed a complaint against them with my credit card company. These people are straight up criminals. Stay away from this place.
