I bought an Avanti range in September and here it is January and I've had 5 service calls and 1 replacement range and the oven still runs up to 450 when I have it set for 350. Very frustrated and I don't know what else to do.

The worst service provider imaginable. This was the 7th time they sent techs to repair and not one of their staff did their job. What a crew. Remind me to buy from the, again.

Without a doubt the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.I bought a Samsung fridge through them and got the extended warranty. The fridge stopped working at the end of October and they ordered the part to fix it (takes about a week to get it in) and scheduled another appointment to fix it (about a week after getting the part). The technician showed up 90m before the given repair window and promptly left when he found out we weren't there (we planned our entire day around being there during the given window).We schedule another appointment for a week later only to find out on the day of that appointment that the first technician had RETURNED THE PART TO THE FACTORY. So we reorder the part (another week), schedule another appointment (another week) then the technician doesn't show up at all. I called the customer service department and they tell me that rather than attempt to show up and fix it the technician simply reordered the part and restarted the whole 2 week process over again. They don't have any offer of a way to actually improve the situation, and I'm waiting for a callback from a supervisor to lodge a formal complaint against the technician who keeps returning the part rather than fixing the fridge. That being said I don't plan on holding my breath because I don't want to suffocate and die.Infuriating on every level - I'll never use them again and I plan on telling everyone who's ever shopping for appliances to avoid PC Richards like the plague they are. They have serious structural problems in the company they don't appear to give a shit about.

This is damage from pc Richard technician. I had no oven for over 8 months cause they couldn't fix it. So they finally gave me a new one that I had to pay the difference cause my old one they don't make no more. So they installed the new one like this. The oven is coming out of the wall and hopefully dosen't fall on anyone. I have 3 little kids. Can't believe this big company operates like this. Horrible experience . Don't know how they could sleep at night doing this to people.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with this company. The service department and leadership (management) has been terrible. Trying to get a repair on my LG refrigerator, all week one excuse after another why they have to cancel my appointment. Today’s appointment was scheduled from 7-11am, once again they called me at 1101am and will not be coming, reached out to Manager. (Kevin) so far has done absolutely nothing to fix this. I would think twice before I ever buy anything else from PC Richard.

Get there on time or a little early if you can. There's usually a bit of a wait before getting called to unload. Backing into your loading unloading bay will be really tight so take yiur time. Goodluck if you have a really big truck

Have 2 1 year old Bosch Dishwashers.Bought the extended service Warranty!!!Was never Told, they are only Serviced by Bosch, not P.C. Richards.Have been waiting Close to a month for service.Why buy the Extended Warranty, if you can't Make an Appointment.Thank you

We bought a Monogram refrigerator less than a year ago... there were problems to the point that the store agreed to exchange it for a new one (we had to pay the difference). After a few weeks of waiting, we were told that the handles (an extra $400) had arrived and they scheduled delivery for today (we are hosting a family party this afternoon). The delivery team told us that the handles are on back order! (The fridge is impossible to use without handles!)This is directly opposite of what the SALESPERSON told us. We are disgusted with the lies that we were told by the store staff! Stay away!!!

I need to file a complaint against the credit card company and bank you use to finance your business. Synchrony bank is extremely corrupt! They do not really give your customers 2 years of an interest free credit card to pay for your appliances. Instead they add on 30% to customers accounts and most are totally clueless as to how this happened! If you review their hundreds of complaints on the consumer affairs website you will see I am not alone regarding this issue. Pc Richards, you need to be honest with your customers and contact me, advocating for your customers when they are lied to and so grossly deceived by synchrony bank that you are joined so closely with! In your response please leave a name and direct number to more fully address this problematic issue!

We will see. The install of a car starter is tomorrow. Had to negotiate two key fobs to start the car , why? Should be included in the price. They finally threw them in. Their price for everything is nowhere what the advertised price is. Transparency! Put the whole price on the table. Let’s see how well the installation goes tomorrow. Too bad nice store no customers in the place I wonder why.

THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM P.C RICHARD, it's obvious they just want to get your money and after that they don't care what happens to the customers and their merchadise !Went to store #39 in collage point 20th ave to Buy a mattress the one I was interested in was at the buttom above another mattress I had to ask to move some so I could lay & get a feel of it.I purchased it & was TOLD prior to delivery I was going to get a call HALF HR before delivery.11:54am the delivery driver called me that he was going to be there in 10 mins which he lied was only 2 blocks away as the camera shows they arrive few minutes before the call when I told him he had to notify me 1/2 hr prior he had an attitude and said he will wait 15min then cancle the delivery! I call the store & spoke with Ambika who had an attitude too telling me she's going to contact the dispatcher & when I said I want to speak to the store manager & need corporate's # she disconnects me.It would have taken me 20 mins to get there so I had to have my husband leave his job to rush over only to meet with a very rude driver telling him he was 15min there waiting !!! & Stating P.C Richard don't know what they are doing !

You have the worst repair service. We have reported an issue with our less than 3-yr old freezer, a month ago. It is still not functioning properly. The replacement part has reportedly come in damaged TWICE. Your people call on the day of our appointment and then cancel!!! I will report this to the BBB!

I bought a refrigerator a month ago and from day one it did not work. service guy came and said it needed a compressorcompressor came in on the next Friday, couldn't get a service appointment for another week even though I had no refrigerator. svc. once again came and installed it. still didn't work, then yet again another svc. appointment. he said he just couldn't fix it. P.C richards then, after all this time without a refrigerator agreed to exchange it. well it arrived and it works but the doors opened the wrong way, today another service appointment and thank goodness these guys worked for an hour reversing the door.all told it wasn't a good experience even throwing out almost two hundred dollars of food.I have bought 4 other appliances from P.C. Richards and had not one complaint. next time I will think twice.4 times we went to a manager and all promised to fix this whole thing, but, only the last guy actually did something about it.

Bad experience. I went to the outlet to order an a.c. got there to find out they don't take orders. I tried online at the spot (outlet) so I could pick it up at the outlet and p.c. Richards wouldn't take my m.c. to make the payment, I tried fewer times and was still the same . The next day, I ordered it online with a different merchant, and they made it easy to finish taking my order. Not good, P.c. Richard's, it really was a waste of time traveling all the way to Farmingdale ?

In August 2022 refrigerator delivered and not used until family member moved back after home redone when he noticed a broken drawer in the bottom of the freezer model fg4h2272uf Sn 1k14672235. After months of calls finally someone came out and look at the drawer and said it was “cosmetic” and he would call it in and then still, after numerous calls with promises we would hear from a manager, still nothing.This is obviously not a priority for PC Richards, but I wonder if staff can’t take care of such a small item, how could you possibly truly care about your customers.
