Horrible customer service, they don't try to help their customers at all. Had a delivery scheduled for today. I received an automated call for delivery confirmation yesterday, connected to a live person to ask about a delivery window, she rudely told me we don't give delivery windows, I asked her how am I to know, she said I'll get a text after 4pm. I never received one. When I tried calling back, the store was closed. They came pretty early this morning, around 8:30 am, I was still asleep and missed the delivery. Called customer service and they rescheduled to Tuesday, she stated if I didn't get a text, that I should check my email and there's a number to get my delivery window, would have been nice to have that information before. When I asked about anything sooner, no help, I asked if they can try to contact the driver to see, no help. I explained to them that I had a gathering at my house tomorrow, and really needed the stove, they didn't care, I texted the driver from the number called, he said he was too far, I asked about any other time today, no response. Just one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, they just care about getting their sales and nothing else. Went to a different branch initially to view my stove beforehand and even then the customer service wasn't the best. They really needed to do better as a chain.

2 item were delivered
1st item- stove that was installed with a support bracket that was loose and not install correctly screw was not secured since it was put i t to sheet rock with not hitting a suport beam. Also stove was not leveled.
2 ND item microwave was installed but electrical was not connected properly. Installers made hole in cabinet but was poorly installed.

pc richards is service is horrible. I have been waiting for a part for my microwave for months. when it finally came in it was the wrong part. again I had to wait for the right part. I have an appointment today withe steve. no window. 7am to 7 pm. that is unacceptable. now I need to wait until the service department opens. also I have an extended warranty
I'm trying to email.you my invoice no but it keeps coming back not delivered.

Currently waiting on an appointment for the serviceman to come back to our house for the 3rd time for the same warranty issue. There’s poor communication between whomever schedules the appointments and the servicemen, as we had the error code available over the phone and yet the tech walked into our house, read the code and then left to order the part for the first appointment. We have been without a properly working fridge or freezer for 2 weeks now. The call center people are abrupt and rude and will not allow you to escalate to a manager.
Ineffective and a huge waste of time.

I have had several problems with the sevice department and the appliances I purchased. I never had any problems when Sears was in business, and there service team was aways polite and helpful. I have had enough with different techs coming and not fixing the problem! My dishwasher doesn't work properly and doesn't clear ,or dry my dishes. I get the run around and told run the hot water before starting the cycle! It doesn't work. My ice marker freezes and was replaced and still has the same problem! However, when you find the right tech,they won't send them back, which is beyond ridiculous. I would not recommend PC Richard repair or appliances going forward and is very disappointing.

I ordered a refrigerator, and range a dishwasher and a microwave. If I could rate this place zero stars, it would definitely get zero stars! Their lack of communication regarding delivery arrangements was extremely frustrating. Despite being promised notification the evening before with a four-hour delivery window, I woke up on delivery day to a message at 6:54 am saying the delivery was almost there. I had explicitly mentioned the need for advance notice since the house was currently vacant, but it seemed to be disregarded. In a nutshell, It's disappointing how little they seem to care about inconveniencing customers and potentially losing them.

Here we go again. Waited 4 hours for a repairman to arrive only to be told that he didn’t have the part on the truck. This is a common occurrence with pc richards lately. You give them a detailed description of the problem and they still show up unprepared to fix the problem. This happened in November. This happened in May. Now here we go in July. Three different appliances same exact response when they show up. I have close to $10,000 worth of appliances purchased from them in my home. I will never step foot in one of their stores again. They just don’t care anymore.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. My husband and I have spent >$10,000 over the past 4 years on new appliances from P.C. Richards. Over the past 4 years, we have dealt with issues with our dishwasher, fridge, and now our dryer. Scheduling a service appointment with P.C. Richards has always been a headache, but our experience trying to get our dryer fixed over the past few weeks takes the cake. The first two technicians we had come to look at the dryer were unsuccessful at fixing the problem, and the third technician (who was supposed to come today) did not show up during the appointment window. For all 3 appointments, my husband and I have had to re-arrange our work schedules, child care, and appointments, and no one from the service center seems to have any respect for our time. It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone (wait time is typically no less than 30 minutes) and everyone we speak to says they are “unable to help.” I have also reached out to P.C. Richards via email (as seen in their replies to previous reviews) and have yet to receive a response. Will never buy from P.C. Richards again, as their warranties prove to be way more trouble than they’re worth.

PC Richards a store that I have utilized since childhood has changed greatly over the years. Pc Richards and Sears were the go to for all your appliance needs. The customer service was very personable and more in tune with the needs and wants of the family. Somewhere along the years, that value changed and it became all about selling the item. I recently purchased a washing machine of which I clearly told the sales representative that I prefer the agitator. Unbeknownst to me when my machine arrived on the following Saturday it was not what I requested. He clearly ignored my request and gave me the item that was showcased on the showroom floor, which was the one without the agitator. However PC Richards did offer to replace it with the correct machine. After waiting 3 days and noticing that I never received any confirmation that my machines had been swapped out, I had to venture to the store. Only to find out that the machine was never put into the system for replacement. The manager on duty noticed that there was an oversight and my machine had been left in limbo and the transaction never completed. He completed the transaction and I finally received the correct washing machine on the upcoming Saturday.

I went to PC Richards, walked in, Adam came over and solved the problem in less than 3 minutes.

I had an appointment for 9 in the morning, the door was opened at 10 in the morning and then I waited another 35 minutes for their phone to look Tick tock and pretended not to hear me!!! if you don't want to work, look for a job, someone who wants to work will come in your place!!
