Thank you so much for helping my son and I get to his appointment! The pilots were absolutely wonderful, the flight was amazing, paid Uber both ways .. if a person needs a medical flight this is the way to go! Till next time .. thank you!

So grateful for PALS SkyHope. My first ride was home after surgery. Rather than 6.5 miserable hours of driving, I took a short flight with a super friendly pilot and my husband and flew right into a little airport in my home town. Wonderful experience and I'm so very, very grateful to those who coordinate and those who give their time, resources, and expert flying skills!

My wife and I used the PALS SkyHope service for the first time in February of this year. The process to make the arrangements was seamless with the help of the staff at PALS. Cortney and Amanda were great to work with and made sure that the experience was excellent. We greatly appreciate the PALS service and the volunteers that donate their time to make the program so great. The pilots that we had for this first trip were very nice - professional, personable and caring individuals. While going to cancer appointments and treatments out of state can be taxing, PALS has taken away any anxiety related to the trips by providing free airfare and ground transportation. We're scheduled for another trip using PALS in April.Forever grateful for their service! Thank you!

Pals Sky Hope is a great organization!Their kindness, caring, compassion, and professionalism is more than remarkable!P.S.H. Really helped my wife and I through a time when I was diagnosed with cancer. With their help I was able to travel to a great hospital with a outstanding doctor to have the surgery that I needed. The surgery was a great success. I will be grateful for PSH all of my days. Those that helped make my story a success, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We are so grateful for PALS SkyHope. My son needed to have surgery at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The thought of driving up from Atlanta with an 18 month old was worrisome. Plus having to drive home with a child having a mouthful of stitches was a nightmare. So PALS SKYHope was a life saver. They flew us up in a timely matter, very organized and prepared. So convenient for a child in need of a major surgery. Even when he was discharged from the hospital, PALS SKY HOPE found us a volunteer pilot so quickly. Patient airlift services, PALS SKY Hope program flew us home in time for Thanksgiving. We were so thankful to be home just in time for the holidays. He has been recovering quickly since our smooth journey home. The volunteer Pilots were amazing, so kind and caring. It made us realize that there are good people out there in the world. We appreciate them so much. Plus their Landings were so smooth that it didn't even wake the our baby ....he slept through the landing. Couldn't ask for a better program for a child in need. We feel so blessed that PALS Sky hope exists.

I recently had to travel to Philadelphia from Charleston, WV to have eye surgery and was informed of your service by Dr Carol Shields office at the Wills Eye Hospital. We are retired and my husband was due to have back surgery one week after mine and the 8 hour drive one way was very difficult for us. Your service was very much appreciated and we have let our Doctor here at home know of your service. The kind of surgery I had is not available here and patients have to travel a good distance. He was very appreciative of the information. Thank you for your help and services.

This service is outstanding and so generous! My daughter was born with a rare genetic conditon that required two surgeries (and potentially another). Her unique case required treatment and follow ups in Boston. But this is over a 12 hour round-trip drive for us- which is exhausting with a toddler. Since her birth, we've done approximately 8 of these trips, and it takes a toll. However, we recently learned of the PALS service and it has been a lifesaver! Anyone going through long distance medical treatment knows traveling is just one more stressor, emotionally and financially. PALS made me feel like I had a soft cushion to land on, literally. It's a FREE service, that is funded through donations. My daughter had a few appointments recently and we were connected with a pilot, David who was amazing and volunteers his time. We flew out of our hometown on a private plane, and were in Boston in just over ONE HOUR! Then, PALS provides a free uber to bring you to your hotel or hospital. And same thing on the return.Everyone we worked with through this service was so kind and generous. And my toddler loved her place ride! We were incredibly lucky to benefit from this service, and I only wish we knew about it sooner!Thank you so much

I was blessed when my sister found the PALS website. I had already traveled up to New York once for a small surgery which was a 10-hour drive. We had to break it up over 2 days on the way back. I didn't know how I would drive back after my large surgery and fortunately PALS stepped in. Much to my amazement, these wonderful volunteers donate their time and their planes to pick up patients such as myself to transport for much needed health care. I'm so very grateful to the two pilots that flew me up to New York and back home again. I pray that I will not be needing their services again in the future, but I am grateful to know that they would be available if I should.Thank you!

PALS provided my family with transportation to attend NORD’s Living Rare, Living Strong patient forum in 2019. This was the first time we’ve been able to attend an event like this and because of PALS generosity my son and I were able to meet a couple other families that share our rare disease, Hypophosphatasia. Our amazing pilot, Joe, was so friendly and ensured we had a smooth ride. My son and I enjoyed getting to ride in the cockpit and getting to learn about the airplane! We are so grateful to everyone at PALS for providing this great service to families that require travel assistance for medical care and for their service and support of wounded veterans.
