I don't like to post negative reviews, but, I purchased an item online for pickup at the store, followed the instructions and notified them that I was outside waiting, and waiting, finally, I had to go inside and ask for my item, The cashier calls to the back and this dude came right out. Went to the bin and handed me my package. It wouldn't have been so bad but I have a very sore hip and I had to hobble in and out.

First time and I had the worst experience I think the doctor that rejected me and turned me away as I got there with my child with special needs and I have two other children with special needs and I showed up only 30 minutes late for my appointment and she didn’t even have the courage to even come tell me I think that she’s so obnoxious I will never come here again If I can give the zero stars, I would give it to them. I would never want them working on my dogs because the amount of sympathy that they have instead of asking me why showed up late you know and even caring about me she just told them that I have to reschedule my appointment and I have a baby with me. I think it was so rude and disrespectful and I came there for nothing with my dog and I’ve been trying to get an appointment forever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This place is Trash and I got treated like trash

Came to get crickets , usually at other locations I get a couple extra crickets or the exact amount but I got 15 less than I was supposed to get, I know it’s just 17 cents but it really adds up, I would have understood okay maybe one less but this is too much , stop being stingy with the crickets please and thank you.

I brought my dog in for a three-night overnight stay. Upon arrival, he appeared a bit nervous, which is not unusual for him in new environments. However, the store attendant was not very friendly and held his leash so tightly that I became concerned for his safety. As a result, I decided to remove him from the premises and leave. He is now safely boarded at another location.

Wish I could give ZERO stars! Went on Sunday to purchase fish for my sons bday. Plenty of experience with tanks and fish! Went to Petsmart Farmingdale, walked around with my excited son picked out some fish spent $150 dollars!!!! Got home made sure to acclimate the fish to the tank. Everything went well. Till the next morning when the birthday boy woke up, 7 out of 9 fish I swimming upside down!!! 😠 😡 😤. Thank you Petsmart!!! Imagine being a very happy 6 year old boy waking up on his bday excited for his new fish and see they are all DEAD!!!!!!! ON HIS BDAY!!!!! THIS STORE SUCKS!!!!!!!

Extremely annoyed with the customer service and treatment with the grooming department of this PetSmart. I stood outside of the grooming station for over 10 minutes without any customer support to be told that because I was not inside the grooming room within 15 minutes of my appointment time that they could not longer see my dog. Meanwhile I was there on time standing right in front of the glass with no one asking if I needed help. I was treated rudely and just wasted my time.

Terrible. Employees and help nearly non-existent. Waiting around for half an hour with no offer of help in the aquarium section so I just left.

They always have clean aisles and a variety of foods and toys. I have 3 cats and sometimes their stock are low for tastefuls wet food but otherwise, good selection. The only thing is they are not accepting prescriptions written by the vet- you have to go to banfield to get their prescription card to buy any prescriptions.

Please have your workers in grooming respect customer wishes . Not to do what they want . My toy poodle had a buzz cut it was ok but hair on tail was all gone .

I haven’t worked here in years, so maybe it has changed. I truly do not recommend going here. When I worked in grooming, they don’t teach you at all to bathe, trim or cut a dog. I was supposed to just watch and know how to do it after. I didn’t cut dogs but I worked with someone “in training” to be a groomer. They also thought that they were better than people based off of their dogs. If your dog was old, different, had trauma or wasn’t a “popular breed” they would bash you, talk down to your dog, and treat your dog horribly. I bought my ex’s 17 year old schnauzer who, we found out after, had ended up having the signs and symptoms of diabetes. She was having seizures, vomiting, and increased urination. I took her there because they USED to have a caring groomer who loved animals. Everyone else didn’t know she was my dog. They talked horribly about her and attempted to just leave her in the crate. I was disgusted. When I moved to the front it’s an egotistical power struggle. They only cared about bossing people around. Even arguing with other stores for no reason. I don’t know if anything has changed now. But it has taken me this long to post about this place because of how horrible and traumatic the experience was.

Worst grooming service, they have inexperienced kids as groomers who don’t care about your pets be careful about this location and the manager is never at the location. They charge extra money without your consent. If you love your pet avoid this location for grooming .
