The people here are great, especially Vinny! Went in yesterday with my young daughter who was unfortunately having a tough time and emotional unless I was holding her. Vinny was beyond patient as I was helping her calm down and helped me get the pair of shoes I wanted and was smiling and friendly the whole time. Haven’t had as good of an experience from a salesman in a store in a long, long time. (He did beat me today in a half marathon though so minus 5% haha)

I went to Dicks to try on shoes I researched online so I had a good understanding of what I needed. They didn't have the size in the shoe i wanted, so instead of spending time browsing online for assistance, I decided to go to Runners Edge where I bought a pair about a year ago. When I walked in, I was greeted and helped within minutes. Carl took his time with me to help me find the best shoes for my needs. I will make sure to come here first for my next pair. Great jobs guys!

Owen is the best! He was so patient with me trying on multiple shoes due to a toe issue. He made a suggestion about the size and voila! Perfect fit and feel of the shoe---Fantastic!!! I've been wearing them over a week now and my feet feel great. Thank you Owen!!!

Truthfully very disappointed with the level of service provided. Don’t want to condemn store but the sales person we had was either not having a good day or was just plain lazy. Went to another store afterwards and they even said my grandson was given the wrong size running shoe by them.

Whenever I go to Runner's Edge in Farmingdale I am impressed by the level of service. They always listen, take their time and are so helpful.
