I wish I knew the name of the person on the floor - burly man, easy to smile, and very helpful. He walked us through 2 locations where we might find an item, and when we couldn't he checked the back and brought it out for us. The young man at the register was just as pleasant. Awesome team at this Staples location!

I just got off the phone with one of a female employee regarding a simple print order. I had asked about getting a paper earlier or what would be my best option. She was not pleasant to speak to. She was annoyed and sounded irritated. I spoke very politely with her. But she sounded very cold and dismissive. I'm a regular customer here throughout the year. I will be changing stores. This is extremely disheartening

On Tuesday, I went to pick up some passport photos and some stationery, and they served me very kindly and quickly. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the service.

Came here Friday evening, April 4, 2025 at about 620. I stood online waiting so I could email them something that they could print up for me. It was two pieces of paper. Two kids working behind the counter. One white kid kinda looked like Richie Cunningham. The other kid? His hair looked like sideshow Bob from The Simpsons. Richie Cunningham is helping some girl in a tiny dress covered with tattoos with her breasts hanging out. Sideshow Bob is sitting behind him playing on his phone. I stand there about five minutes? When sideshow Bob decides to help me. I tell him I want to email him something and print it up. He says to me kind of annoyed? “You do realize? That we’re not printing anything for you now you’ll have to come back some other time and pick it up.”
It seems to me? That’s if sideshow Bob would’ve got off his phone five minutes earlier? He could’ve printed by two pieces of paper. They seem to have no problem whatsoever, helping the girl in the low-cut dress who had a pile of papers all over the counter. Because they were printing up whatever she needed right on the spot. Do better staples in Farmingdale. Spend a little more money instead of hiring halfwits who don’t care about their job or your business. But on the other hand?
Even if you decide to do better? Even if someone does tell sideshow Bob to go get a haircut and stop looking like An unprofessional savage? Either way? I won’t be back in there ever again. There’s a one star for you. If you’re reading this review? Theres a dozen other staple locations on Long Island. I would highly recommend utilizing one of those other locations and steering clear of here

Worst experience ever using Amazon returns!!
No one is ever at the counter and when they finally come they don’t even apologize for the long wait!!
Today the line was 7 deep with NO-ONE at the computer!!
When the guy finally came over he didn’t even apologize !!! When I confronted him on why he didn’t apologize he just called the manager over who was also no help nor did he apologize either!!
Then I asked him how many employees there were and he said 3 including me(the manager)
No wonder the line was 7 deep!!
This store SUCKS!!
STAY AWAY!!!

They get their printer where McDonald’s gets their ice cream machines- print department is disorganized af (ofc, since the printer is broken) and generally unhelpful! find a kid w a crayon and you’re better off than the staples printing dept.
