“Seems like they've fixed the heating issue. I've noticed a positive change recently in the way the employees are being treated as well, definitely a plus.
Still a little overpriced but they do carry many Caribbean products that you don't find elsewhere around here... their fish market is also something I appreciate.”

“Great choice of cooked foods. I especially enjoy the diced grilled chicken to mix with salads, add to sandwiches or warm up with potatoes or rice and vegetables. I put a little salad dressing on the grilled chicken to add flavor. The Turkey meatloaf dinner,stuffed cabbage and butternut squash with spinach and cranberries is quite delicious, too!”
“Love this store. Only thing that may be hit or miss is the chicken wing buffet. Sometimes it’s just way over cooked and the meat gets tough.

“This is such a cool store! They have a little section in the back with random clothing and little knick-knacks that is fun to browse through. “Mostly a good store with varied selection of unexpired products, fresh products. Cashiers and help desk are friendly. However, the fish counter person on 8/30 in the early evening soured the experience. Their attitude around simple questions made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Why staff a counter with someone seemingly determined to be unhelpful?”

“This King Kullen has been a staple in the Bethpage area for many, many years. Since this is a neighborhood store, It's a bit smaller than what you may be used to in other locations. They may not carry some of your preferred brands or those uncommon items you need on a whim- However, what they do possess in place of lacking areas, they fill that void in just about every other way. Their staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to answer any questions you might have. They can point you towards the correct aisle for that product you couldn't find and will even drop whatever they are doing to help you if needed. These are the types of qualities I look for when going to a new store because they suggest that their workers take pride in their work. I'd be way, way more inclined to return rather than be an unappreciated customer at other stores that have robots (yes robots on wheels) follow you on camera to make sure you aren't stealing; then have to do self-checkout. Stay local!!!!.As for The Pharmacy, the employees here that helped me are some of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only are they extremely kind (unlike those at CVS who always seem to act like you're a burden rather than a customer/patient) but they genuinely seem to care about you and your health. From my experience, they are always willing to work with you and FOR you to make sure you are receiving what's best for you. Whether that's dealing with insurance companies on your behalf, working with your Doctor, or finding you the best price for your medication. I would ?????? recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new pharmacy.”
“Clean, multiple fruits to choose from, fresh bread every morning, and they got a deli section if you need some ham or cheese they also have good candy/treats to choose from but sometimes the items can be a bit pricey”

“I am so grateful today I dropped my sunglasses in the Freeport location this morning and I looked but didn’t find it .. I reported to the manager and the staff /cashier .I have been a customer for the past 30years since Compare foods , totally love this store and the staff always helpful . But today after I left ,I just decided to go back at about 3pm and asked if anyone turned them in … wow !!!! They found it ,so very thankful for you all… not only great food and service but honesty!!!

“I don’t usually write reviews, but this Whole Foods deserves one. Every time I walk in, it feels like the produce aisle is trying to show off — the apples are stacked cleaner than my life, the greens look like they were picked 8 minutes ago, and somehow the store even smells expensive in a good way.
What surprised me most, though, is the staff. I asked one of the employees where to find a certain dairy-free yogurt and not only did he walk me to it, he explained the difference between the brands like he was giving a TED talk. You don’t get service like that at many places anymore.
The prepared foods section is my weakness — the hot bar hits every time, and whoever seasons the salmon deserves a raise. Even the checkout feels smooth; the lines move fast and the cashiers are actually friendly, like they want you to have a good day.
Prices are higher, sure, but the quality feels higher too. If grocery stores had tiers, this one is definitely top-shelf. I leave feeling like I shopped for my future self, not just my fridge.

“Always have fresh produce- juice bar and hot food bar is amazing - I grew up in copiague and have seen so much change - I was skeptical going into the store thinking I didn't know what to expect. I've now been shopping there for a few years . The staff there I find accommodating when asking questions about different produce I've never seen before. I also find the cashiers extremely friendly. Customer service is important . I do believe the manager is doing a great job . My only gripe is the parking lot . That they can not change . You just have to be careful when navagating .”
“This has become our go-to bakery for pull-apart cupcakes and this year they absolutely did not disappoint. The cupcakes were fresh, delicious, and a huge success with my students!
But what really made this year stand out was the customer service. I believe the staff member who helped me was Anthony, and he was truly amazing. I currently have a leg injury and was struggling to carry both cakes to my car. Without me even asking, he immediately offered to help and walked everything out for me. That level of kindness and customer care really meant a lot.
We’ve been ordering from this bakery for a couple of years now, but this experience really stood out. 10/10 experience.”
