The people here are helpful but the wait time is just wayyyyyyy too long. And it’s not that they’re helping which is taking long, it’s that they decide to fill up the money trays with coins while your in line waiting to be helped or at the drive up service. Hopefully someone will look into and address. Thanks

I had a great experience here. I've had TD for 6 years now and I went to another location on Broadhollow road and was told that they were unable to open the account since it's not a NY originated business, which is false because I know plenty of people who do this. I came here and then found out the documents i need and then 5 days later came back, and Sandra called me over from the waiting area simply because she recognized my face. I sat down with Sandra when I got here and she took great care of me, very friendly, very patient, answered any questions I had and most importantly she helped me open my account. All I needed in addition to business documents was 4 points of identification which the other location could have just told me. Anyway I was very happy with the service here and I will continue to do my business at this branch and would be happy to recommend Sandra.

I was at this Td bank today it's super slow. One girl working on accounts ridiculously slow. The only good thing is she knows her stuff

This branch should get a zero star. The customer service is deplorable as well as the tellers and drive through. Opened an account and they did not offer any checks when I ask about it, they said I would have to pay for the checks. Went to another bank and received 3 books of checks NO CHARGE. I close the account at TD AND I DON'T MISS THE NASTYNESS. They are not customer friendly.

This isbthe WORST TD bank ever. Shame on the EMPLOYEES. One employee has certain ATTITUDE problem if you ARE not HISPANIC. So DICRIMINATION also. In between taking to me he was was going around talk to ladies who were HISPANIC. Who also were being helped by another employee. How could you leave and CUSTOMER and see other customer?. I will file a customer complaint with Td bank for such a BAD TREATMENT!!

Horrible bank manager he needs to be fired immediately. They withdrew money from another account i had which i didnt even tell them to withdraw it from there. The manager blamed me after i notified them their teller messed up. Saying i owe it now. THIS BRANCH HAS NO GOOD MANAGEMENT. OR EMPLOYEES. THIS BRANCH IS THE REASON I CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH TD BANK. How is it a customers fault that their employees are making mistakes. NOT THE FIRST TIME. please change the staff in here

Every time I go into this branch you at least wait on line for 20 mins or more even if only one person is ahead of you. They always only have one teller and one person on the floor. I don't know how you call yourself the most convenient bank. Maybe it convenient to TD Bank but certainly not your customers. Hirer more help you need it It is not fair to the only two employees out front

Worst customer service ever!!! I signed in their app to open an account and waited for 45 minutes out in the car only to be turned away and asked to come back another day!Their posted schedule outside the door said they where open till 3 pm, but I was turned away at 2 pm after wasting my time out in the car.

It was my 1st time at this location and it wasn't very welcoming at all... the bank teller wasn't necessarily rude but somewhat standoffish in her delivery of company policy. I feel like she shouldn't assume that everyone is an idiot because we are not up to date on td bank policy..
