If you love cheese fondue this is the place for you. So delicious.Dietary restrictions: I was with someone who has gluten, soy and lactose intolerance and he was able to do both a meat and a chocolate fondue. It made his night.

Melting Pot is the perfect restaurant for all those special moments in life. My girlfriend and I have been going to Melting Pot for our birthdays and anniversary’s for the past couple years. When dining one day we were served by Analiese. She was by far the best server we had there. Every time since then we make sure she is our server because she goes above and beyond. She paces our meal perfectly, and is always very attentive. Dining last night was no different, she did everything to make sure we enjoyed our dining experience.

I’ve been here many times with my husband, and tonight we celebrated our first Valentine’s Day married. Although it was the most crowded we’ve ever seen it, our server Lauren made it a wonderful and pleasant experience. She remembered everything we ordered even though I’m sure she had so many other tables to remember. She was very attentive when she came to our table and came by in between orders to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a delicious meal and a great experience!

A formal atmosphere and a light-hearted, fun experience. The food was all so tasty, with a good amount of variety. Lauren went above and beyond for us ☺️Vegetarian options: All fondues and broths are vegetarian

I want to show love to grace. She showed us the upmost respect and kindness while serving us. Morgan was a tremendous help throughout the night also. I’ll definitely come back to show love and enjoy myself. Get the Wisconsin cheddar for you cheese selection :)

My fondue burnt/became too hot to eat because I couldn't find wait staff to refill dippers in a timely manner. Waitress also kept my gift card with the remaining balance on it but I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for $10

Place is run down and in desperate need of a renovation. Folks that work there do not seem excited to be there, or are well trained. Our server was very pleasant, but didn't know how to open a bottle of wine. We had to help and then she asked if we could pour it ourselves. Again, she was very nice, but was upfront that she didn't know what she was doing. The wine selection itself was pretty limited. We've been to other Melting Pots, and the food was exactly the same. Which is good. We had a nice meal, but we probably won't be back to this location.

I just went here for the first time and will definitely be back! Our waitress, Lauryn, was extremely patient, attentive and helpful. The baked potato cheese fondue was exceptional and I was pleasantly surprised that you could get additional, complementary dippers. Our dessert fondue was equally fabulous. Wonderful food and service and a great experience overall!

Very disappointed. I haven't been to a Melting Pot in several years and I won't be going back . We ordered cheese and barely got any,the pieces of pretzel bread were horrible. The cheese ran out before we even made a dent in the things to dip. For those prices you'd expect to be able to dip more than 3 pieces each(2)people. Waste of money

The server we had was awful. He never showed up to ask us if we needed anything, when we were trying to order he rushed us and seemed annoyed we asked him questions. Definitely not the usual great experience we usually have there

We came to celebrate my son's and his girlfriend's 1 year anniversary and were treated exceptionally well by Lauren. She made their night extra special by focusing on them primarily and us second. She was absolutely amazing and made sure we had plenty of time to eat, gave extra dipping sauces for the meat, and more banana slices for my son's girlfriend.I cannot thank her enough for her focus on them, it made their night out so much fun. Kudos also go out to the team service when Lauren was busy. Top notch to all.As for the food. If you don't mind being responsible for your own food, there are so many choices from the first course of cheese, salads, the main course of a variety of meats and veggies, and finally the chocolate course. Everything was amazing and fresh. This is only my second time here, but each course is delicious in its own accord. Whether you go for the full service or only a portion, make sure to bring your appetite!

Forget about reservations. Eat at the bar. Marvin and Larissa are absolutely incredible: personable, attentive, incredibly hard working and detail oriented. First time ever we were glad that we couldn't get a table at a restaurant we were visiting.Parking: more than adequate

All I can say about the Melting Pot is that I won't stop the world and melt with you.The Melting Pot turned out to be one of the worst culinary experiences of my or my wife's lifetime. Nothing here was worth the price of admission. Our experience was highlighted by bad service, a poor explanation of the menu all of which were just an "appetizer" for what was coming. Their "signature" dish is the cheese fondue, which is made on the electric stove at the table and made with plastic looking cheese, and garlic. It was accompanied by stale pretzel bread and a minuscule amount grapes, apple slices and hard uneatable broccoli and carrots. Not very appetizing. We also ordered the charcuterie board which was made using cheap, low quality meats, that were straight from the "Swiss Colony" catalog and not worth eating. The main course was basically a Lipton soup mix, where you toss in a bevy of meats, shrimp and vegetables and let them boil in the broth. Totally tasteless and a tremendous disappointment. So if you like bad service, plastic cheese fondue, (served with stale bread, and vegetables), a very bad charcuterie board and a tasteless "Lipton Soup Mix, this is your kind of place. As for my wife and myself, we shall not return. Just Saying

We were sat promptly and had a great server, Greg P. We hadn't been there in awhile and he went over any questions we had as well as making sure we had a chance to look at the Restaurant Week menu. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and personable. Made for a great experience. Will be back!

The Melting Pot is always a fantastic night out whether you are with friends, family or just a date night. The four course experience is the way to go. The food is excellent as well as their drinks.
