Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of products. I would highly recommend them as a go-to compounding pharmacy. Their store is always neat, clean and well organized.

Just awful. Could not tell me strength or quantity of prescription. Double talk about prescription. Told me its per gram but when it arrived its in milliliters. Comparing price they charged twice what another compounder charges. Lady i spoke to had no idea about prescription. Just keot telling me its clicks.

Jimmy and his staff at Transcript Pharmacy are amazing! They go above and beyond to help you like the old time Pharmacies that are a thing of the past. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgable. There is never a problem with my deliveries - when they say it will be there, it is! The store is always well stocked with all the things you need. You will never meet a more kinder and helpful person than Jimmy at Transcript Pharmacy.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!Chloe's Story-We trusted this place when our beloved Yorkie Chloe developed a cough.I took her to the vet, and she was prescribed a cough medicine.At the time, we were also using a LI veterinary pharmacy (for Chloe’s intestinal issue) that was far from our home, so in the interest of time, we agreed to go to Transcript pharmacy for the cough medicine.THIS PROVED TO BE A FATAL MISTAKE.At the first in-person meeting, I inquired as to what forms/flavors the cough medicine was offered in.I WAS TOLD A LIQUID AND TABLETS.I decided on a steak flavored liquid instead of tablets, as I explained we sometimes had difficulties with Chloe taking tablets.After struggling with the liquid, I called the pharmacy to inquire about the tablets explaining our difficulties with the liquid. I ordered the unflavored tablets.We were not having success at first with the tablets, but with perseverance, (as the tablets were the only other option, as far as we knew), we had success by putting the tablets in Chloe’s food or vitamins.I believed we were over the difficulties.Unfortunately, Chloe woke one morning with a terrible coughing fit, and we rushed her to the hospital, only to find out she had fractured 2 ribs.I called the pharmacy AGAIN to see if they could flavor the tablets, hoping Chloe would take them without her food.Unfortunately, she did not, so I called the pharmacy a 4th time, to DOUBLE CHECK if this medicine came in ANY OTHER FORMS besides the tablets and liquid, as I did not like adding medicine to her food.Apparently, there WERE other options that I was not presented with previously!I purchased the trans-dermal cream.WITHIN 3 DAYS OF STARTING THE CREAM, THE COUGH COMPLETELY STOPPED!!Unfortunately, less than a week later, Chloe passed away.The bottom line is:THIS PHARMACY NEVER GAVE US ALL THE OPTIONS –LIFESAVING OPTIONS!********Always ask about different forms the medication is offered in , and DOUBLE CHECK!Your pet’s life might depend on it!It is our hope, that no other family and pet suffer what we have!!!

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, caring.. etcI’ve used chain/drug store pharmacies & in my experience they are awfulThey don’t care about you as a customer- rude & unprofessional!!I was referred to Transcripts by my neurologists assistant Chrissy - whom is amazing to say the least!!I had expressed my frustration with the chain store pharmacies & I was so grateful for her referral to transcriptsOn point 100 % very happy & satisfied

This is, hands down, the BEST compounding pharmacy for pets that I've could have found. When my beloved cat Maynard, who has now passed, became really ill and needed two oral surgeries, my specialty vet recommended Transcript to compound his pain medication into a liquid form (he was terrible at taking pills and with mouth pain, it became an impossible task). Jimmy, the owner, would call every time to ask what flavor I wanted for him too, there is a variety but Maynard's favorite was chicken which he seemed to take to well.Jimmy was truly an Angel on earth when I spoke to him and told him the urgency of the situation. Meds usually can take 2-3 days but he rushed them and had them ready in a few hours. Maynard was in so much pain from his first surgery (which was a bit unexpected), that I was giving him meds around the clock and I firmly believe that without Jimmy's expertise and help, he may not have made it through that experience. I was able to love him for another eight months with his help and every time I drive past the pharmacy I'm reminded of his and his staffs kindness during a truly difficult time. Transcript is the absolute best!!!

Looking through my receipts reminds me that I miss the folks at Transcript. My benefits have changed and it’s just not financially advantageous for me to use them anymore because of preferred pharmacy rules. But for several years Jimmy was my pharmacist and he helped navigate the awful pit that is prescription benefits and made sure I paid the lowest price for a very expensive medication I was taking. Great pharmacy. If my situation changes I’ll be back. Support your local pharmacies if you can!

I went to the ED which the vet said that this pharmacy will delivery my pet’s prescription within two hours... it has been two days and I am still waiting for my prescription for my guinea pig. He is about to pass and I am afraid he’s not going to make it overnight. Every time I tried calling it went to voicemail. I don’t know what to do.

Jimmy is the best plan and simple.He always has a smile no matter how many times you call or get there late when he is walking out of the door,he will turn around and help you.Hes a amazingly well versed in the pharmaceutical Dept as well as the compound pharmacy....
