Run, don’t use this company. There are extremely deceptive. They quote a price initially that sounds reasonable but at the day of the move it will skyrocket. They broke our tv which was over $2000 because they did not pack it properly.When we contacted the company after repeatedly reaching out and getting the run around they finally agreed on reimbursement of $375. We reluctantly agreed. Agreeing is one thing. Getting your money is another thing . we used this Movers in September 2023 now we’re in September 2025 and still have not gotten the reimbursement after 2 yr. Every time my husband called to ask when the payment is gonna be sent out, he’s dismissed disrespected by the manager . at one point the manager told him don’t call back we will call you and I will pay you will I feel like it. After months of dodging us my husband reached out most recently yesterday and today. Now, it’s a different person he spoke with who states that they can no longer honor the $375 but they can pay us $125 and that’s the most she can give us. Her reasoning is that we’re dealing with new people not the same employees from the initial claim. What does that have to do with our reimbursement. Their Employee broke our TV . The initial contract does contain insurance which should cover some cost. This company is very dishonest they do not keep their word . At the end of the day it’s the principle of the thing you provided a service. It was poorly done. You cost me money. We agreed upon a reimbursement reluctantly, and renege on that agreement. From our experience, I am convinced that they do this on purpose to make the customer feels defeated annoyed so that they will give up and don’t pursue recouping their damages.They don’t keep their word they’re dishonest. Do not use this company you will regret it.

Scam! The worst experience! The movers broke several pieces of furniture and were trying to glue the broken legs with crazy glue! One piece was put to the curb it was so damaged! I had $300 stolen from my bag, and I was missing an entire coffee table. When I called the company, they accused me of lying. Also I was given a quote, and in the middle of the move before my entire house was unloaded, they said I owed $700 more after the bank was closed so I had to go borrow money since you can’t take that much out of an ATM. They refused to take a credit card! The freshly painted walls in my new home were severely damaged, and the move took 14 hours even though it was 5 minutes away. They didn’t have enough men on the job so I couldn’t finish moving in time. I wound up paying rent to the new homeowners so I could have an extra day to get out of my house. I am still fighting with the company to get compensated for the damages, but they keep telling me they don’t believe me even though I took pictures of the damages. They also promised me 30 free boxes which were never delivered. I called about them 3 times! I feel violated and taken advantage of, and they didn’t even apologize!

My 93 year old mother gave them a deposit which they said was refundable. She went with another company and they still refuse refund or to speak to her. DESPICABLE COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Do not use this company. This is a scam. First they came and gave me an estimate and said if I pay now this will be a discount. On the day of the move the movers were complaining of the stuff they had to move like if they were doing the job for free. I winded leaving so much things just bc of the complaining. Then once we got to my apartment they gave me a whole new price on top of the amount I already paid like 1200 more. They damaged my dresser, broke my 55 inch tv and claim someone stole another tv off the truck which I truly believe the workers stole. Then had the nerves to only offer me $150 for everything. This all happened in May. Till this day of August I have yet to receive the payment. They just keep telling me they will call me back. Save yourself the headache and don’t use this company

Quoted one price only to be hit by a 67% additional charge for things like fuel ( 13 mile trip) “sanitizing the truck” and extra tape.

Movers were good guys. They moved fast and were accommodating and patient.
However, the pricing should've been clear up front, and estimates should NOT be given over the phone. All prices and fees should be told to the customer upfront! Rates lack accuracy💯
That's the biggest issue ~ the movers are restricted based on time and the # of items on the truck. It was a lot of money to shell out during a very stressful time.
New update: I realized that my TV frame is all scratched up and the couches were not put back together properly, nor the bed in the 2nd bedroom (due to timing), ugh! Over time, I've realized that my stuff was broken or wasn't put together properly. Scuff marks all over walls and floors. Not cool!

Horrible experience stay away. Not only did they damage the house and some of the items. They will bait and switch you on cost. Mover on day of move gave me the total and I paid 50% down payment. Then 3 days later I get a call that truck coming next day still owe 3k for packing day of 2.5 hours and owned more due to cubic feet of truck… complete BS. Horrible transparency, they also did not handle the complaint well. They will try to hide under LLCs they are also known as Call my Movers… I would go and look at the NY Secretary of State website to see all names they are registered under.

I booked my move with Linda. I had 6 pieces of furniture that needed to be moved. I gave the exact measurements of the items. I specifically said tell me all the fees upfront and called multiple times to make sure everything was set with price. I didn't want any surprises the day of.
Well, the day of comes and they tacked on another $50 for gas from their warehouse. I was bothered by this because I specifically asked for all the fees upfront. Before they unload your stuff the dispatcher has to call you and tell you the final payment cost according to the movers and you have to pay before they will start working...that took 20 minutes- what a waste of 20 min. waiting for this phone call while the movers sat in the truck.
A couple of items were mildly damaged (dent in headboard, they didn't put together the part of the bed frame that holds the mattress correctly which I noticed after they already left and they failed to screw in 2 screws to the bed frame which I also noticed after. And they lost them, so I had to take out another one from the frame and go to the store to match it. and the sliding pieces to the draws broke. They still operate but not as well because of the broken plastic ) Also, they didn't seem to have enough dollies...they asked me to borrow one from the apartment building.
The movers were very nice men. Overall, they got the job done but didn't love the companies approach with hiding the fee and making me wait 20 min to call me with final cost. Just was inefficient in my opinion.

Arrived the first day 90 minutes late. Rushed the job and was prompt the second day. They did not want to wash their hands before touching my clothes and I was insistent. Items missing when I unpacked even though I paid for full White Glove Service. They took a jar of $30 to $40 change, my floor lamp, two (2) boxes of Jewish religious books, a three (3) tier bookcase, two (2) cartons of Wet Wipes and exchanged my good mattress for one probably found in the garbage even though I was nice to the movers. The cost was increased by $1,700 from the original estimate even though I had them move less stuff. Constant calls to the manager that blames me and ducks future calls to compensate me for items missing. Please beware.
