Came here today for the first time. I didn’t realize you could drop off packages here but when I realized I could it was of great convenience. The staff in the customer center were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this facility for package shipping.

Absolutely awful. Package never arrived Started claim. Denied it. Said they had proof of delivery. No picture. Forever on the phone to try to get a result. Days later item arrived after the event. Use fed ex!

My delivery driver left a note since our pkg needed an adult signature, I called them and was advised I could pick it up at the counter. It was already there when I arrived. Didnt have to wait on any line and the employee was professional, very courteous and I spent less than 5 minutes total picking up our Ipad.

I didn’t get their names but the 2 guys that were working here today were really the most kind and helpful people. They turned my otherwise horrible day around. They didn’t need to be so kind and helpful, but they were. Thank you for not only helping the world toDeliver packages, but going out of your way to put a smile on strangers faces.

I regularly use UPS for my job at 7-11 as a maintenance technician. Constantly having to return things are always a pain to me. This location is always great with ensuring the packages are ready to be shipped. They go above and beyond to tape every package. I appreciate that level of attention but I don't appreciate having people talk over me or making comments such as I don't care. Whoever helped me today seems upset to do his job and decided that being rude was the way to handle the larg amount of packages I had to send out today. My company sends thousands of items of all weights and sizes. I can only assume what he was trying to communicate to me was that certain labels are weight specific but im uncertain due to him starting his sentence as im talking. As i was trying to explain that i dont make the labe i order them though 7-11 the employee felt it was necessary to talk over me on a total of 3 occasions of me attempting to talk about the items being shipped due to them being electronics and batteries. The reason I bring my packages to the shipping center is because I hate the 3rd party company [the ups store.] Even though 7-11 has a account with ups [the ups store] always has a problem. My last visit had me feeling like not coming back. Who wants to deal with rude people? I'm seriously getting tired of how I'm treated at these establishments.

The worst unreliable company! No time frame when the delivery will be attempted! Nothing! No phone number left nor tried to contact me. Now they are telling me they will return my package to the sender. Unbelievable

Absolute worst. You can't get an actual person on the phone and the automated system is completely useless. You have to go down there in person to get any sort of answers on where package is.

Unreliable. If you have any “adult signature” deliveries (such as cases of expensive wine shipped from Italy, or other spirits) be prepared for your delivery to be “lost”. Then when it does make it to Farmingdale expect to pay $10 to schedule it on a date you will be home to sign only to have it not show up on your requested date. But no worries, this location will be happy to reschedule to a date when you WONT be home. Can’t blame the workers for going on strike if they treat the workers as the do they customers.Update: thank you UPS for responding and attempting to resolve. At this point not much can be done as my wife has arranged to take a day off of work to be home for the delivery today. Unclear to us why you were unable to deliver yesterday when we were home when we paid $9.99 to reschedule. Also why no option in the app to hold at your location. We are just so tired of multiple issues that I can’t see ever using UPS if I have a choice.

Their service sucks and when I put in a return on Amazon they specified the return would be through UPS who didn’t arrive in time the first time they tried. The second time they didn’t come until almost the end of the day and by then I had already put the envelope in a UPS drop off box and they never confirmed that they picked it up. Other packages I have that are currently shipping through them, I have no idea where they are as when I try checking the tracking it doesn’t have any information at all. Terrible delivery service.

If I could give it no stars I would, Henry who apparently has worked there for 35 years would rather curse in front of customers and bash his fellow coworkers than help customers. Don't work in the customer service field if you don't wanna deal with customers.

These guys are absolutely amazing! John, in particular literally saved me $100's of dollars and an indescribable heartache. I very foolishly had 3 shipping labels on the wrong packages. John seen the error of weight to size ratio, he contacted me, told me of the mistake( HUGE mistake) and he went ahead and put the proper labels on the proper package. I very graciously thanked him for his kindness and his professionalism. I hope he truly understands how much he has helped me. I dont know how long it would have taken me to fix the mistakes on ALL ends. thank god for John. thank you!
