Outstanding service from Ahad! I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store thanks to Ahad. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, but Ahad went above and beyond. Went and upgraded a phone and a tablet today. Hus annd Bobby attended to me and was a real gentleman. He was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He knew the plans, he knew the devices and explained that changing a couple of things on my plan actually saved me a little on my monthly payment. Will definitely be using this location again.
