“I have been to this pet clinic several times and they have always been kind and caring to Stella. The assistant Jenny was very nice and came to pick her up at my car for her appointment and kept me informed as to what was going on. The Vet was very professional and will ask many questions about how you're pet is doing at home and will give advice on the best ways to keep you're pet healthy. The prices to treat the dog are reasonable and they will always let you know what a service costs before they do it. Thanks for everything!”

“Dr. Lee performed surgery on my beautiful Frenchie. I was more anxious for the surgery than my dog, but she assured me every step of the way and called me immediately after the procedure. I can barely see the stitches, no swelling or bruising. He is walking, peeing, pooping just fine. People have to realize that doctors are human too... they are doing the best they can with the knowledge and skills bestowed upon them. Dr Lee and Dr Tanaka take great care of my dog, and I am reassured that I can bring him here for whatever reason. I am part of the care plan that makes things affordable. I also have pet insurance. Pet owners need to do their part too.”

“This location's customer service has gotten better since the new hospital opened on Broadhollow. Wait times are not as long, and I'm meeting new vets who are not rushed during visits. With the more calm environment, I bring my cats here, the dog goes to the new location.”

“I just took our 3 year old Vizsla here for a hip issue, and I was seriously blown away by how thorough and helpful Dr. Clemente was. He explained everything in detail to make sure I understood exactly what was going on with our pup, and sensing I was a little confused, gave relatable examples of similar injuries in humans to help me understand. I even brought a list of questions my wife had, and he answered every single one of them. It never felt like he was rushing, and he genuinely cared to make sure I understood everything. In fact, I was scanning the questions and said, "oh, that one you already kind of answered, so I don't need to ask that one.'" He then said, "well, just out of curiosity, what was it?" He didn't have to take the extra time to answer that one, too, but he DID. Really, REALLY pleased with how thorough and relatable he was. He also didn't just say that surgery was the answer. He walked through all of our options and gave opinions about what he thought. THIS is what a vet should be! Also, it wasn't just him that impressed me; it was all of the staff. Everyone was friendly, and the other techs that came in were so nice to our pooch. We've had some bad and subpar experiences with other vets in the area, and I'm happy to say that this wasn't one of them. I can't think of any way they could have treated our dog any better, and that is the highest compliment I can give anyone. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants the best care for their four-legged friends!!”

“we have been using Banfield for 15 years at least, they recently had a turnover and it wasn't so great, for us at least, but now it seems to be getting better, some more new people who really seem to care from the front to the back and all in-between, still a not so great day here and there but overall much better and seems they have the correct mix right now”

“The service that I received was fantastic. It was a simple thing that was being complicated by some crossed wires. Lisa and Stephanie went above and beyond to get my cat's medication refilled. They stayed in touch with me and even went back and forth with me and the pharmacy to make sure we were getting what we needed.”
