Well, the walk in turned into a delivery/C-section. 8 hours later, I had a cute litter of 7. She helped save the mom and pups as 1 was not able Tobe birthed naturally. Dr Margolis a d her team are very professional. The facility is great. Now we have 4 girls and 3 boys...Hades, Freya, Leia, Bella, Sunshine, Ares, and Klaus.”

“Dr. Morroco and staff have come to the rescue of my 39 year old African Grey Coco twice since the mid 1990's. Coco's most recent crisis happen this past Nivember 2023. Desperate to get Coco immediate care I showed up at the office shortly after they opened. They were kind enough to see Coco and started treatment immediately. Coco came home after the initial treatments but continued to collapse. Dr. Morroco agreed to admit Coco and over a period of 3 days Coco returned to his cranky but charming self. It was the best Christmas present I've received in the past 10 years. Excellent and caring veterinarian group.P.S. I do think Coco losing their girlfriend Penny, my Rat Terrier of 16 years broke their heart IMO. They were lovey-dovey over her. Climbed on her back while she slept and groomed her coat. “My cat Luka started having serious problems and I took him to West Hempstead Animal Hospital where his care has always been top notch. The staff are helpful, friendly knowledgeable and caring. Even though he did not like being there at all, I always felt that he was in the best care.He started deteriorating quickly. Every time I called about something serious that was happening with Luka, I was given an appointment immediately.The doctors and technicians took time to examine him and explain every detail of what they were doing. I felt confident that he would be alright.Unfortunately after a rough week of tests and bloodwork we found out that he had inoperable cancer and there was nothing the doctors could do to prolong his life and/or make him comfortable. I was able to bring him home for one more day so our family could spend time with him.We brought him back the next evening when the hospital was empty where we were all treated with such compassion and dignity, especially our beloved Luka. He closed his beautiful eyes one last time with his family around him and I know he felt our love. As hard as it was for all of us I feel that Dr. Cutler and the staff made it a little easier to say goodbye.Thanks to all of you who helped Luka, and us, on this difficult and heartfelt journey.This was a previous review before Luka became very ill.:Wonderful care for my pet! It was evident that everyone cared about my cat, Luka. He was treated so well, and everyone was very understanding. The doctors took their time explaining in detail what was going on with him as well as giving me feeding instructions and advice about what new changes I should make at home. I left feeling educated and knowing exactly what my cat needs to be happy and healthy!”

“I have nothing but great things to say about East Meadow Vet Center. Dr. Olcha is professional, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly.We took our dog here for the first time after our prior vet was dismissive of our concerns. When we told Dr. Olcha what was happening with our dog, he suggested blood work (which we did) and told us he’d give us a call on Monday with the results. He ended up contacting us the next morning saying that our dog’s blood work results were life-threatening and that we should take her to the emergency vet asap.We are extremely grateful for this vet center having same-day availability, and for Dr. Olcha’s accurate course of action, overall knowledge, and prompt communication. “Dr. Lee performed surgery on my beautiful Frenchie. I was more anxious for the surgery than my dog, but she assured me every step of the way and called me immediately after the procedure. I can barely see the stitches, no swelling or bruising. He is walking, peeing, pooping just fine. People have to realize that doctors are human too... they are doing the best they can with the knowledge and skills bestowed upon them. Dr Lee and Dr Tanaka take great care of my dog, and I am reassured that I can bring him here for whatever reason. I am part of the care plan that makes things affordable. I also have pet insurance. “Dr. Brooke was meant to be a vet. She goes above and beyond. Doesn’t nickel and dime us to death. Prices are far better. We owe a huge thank you to both her and the lovely front desk/ techs. Doesn’t push anyone into anything that is beyond their financial means. I will never go back to Jericho Animal Hospital. They missed pancreatitis, and kidney stones from the urine/ X-rays. She is straight forward & open to all questions about alternative medicines like CBD. She was totally in touch with my pet’s nervousness soothing her and mushing her to make her comfortable. After 1 visit my baby is leaps and bounds better than before she saw this doctor. Dr. Brooke even came back out to the front desk AFTER her exam to show each of us the stones she could see in baby’s urine specimen. The place is updated and so clean! Each room has heat blowing where other places let the animal be on the ice cold table. Wish my family & I had started going there years ago. She is empathetic and makes the exam as painless as possible. Executed baby’s exam quickly vocalizing exactly what she felt and saw as she went through every inch of her body. Simply amazing staff ?? ?? We feel like our loved ones are finally in good hands.”
“I love this place,my only complaint is when I get to the front desk on our last visit,my heart dropped when I the receptionist said $320 and that is with insurance and discount.My fur baby had a slight infection in his 1 ear,I got about 6 tablets and a small bottle of thing to squeeze into his ear.Please tell us the price before..”
