If the item you need is behind glass doors, expect to leave the store without it. Nobody knows where anything is and pro-activity is non-existent. Yeah, it's that kind of Walmart.

Hey its not too bad. At least you can walk down the aisles without boxes of things in the way while shopping. Convenient location to buy what you need mostly has a lot of items in one location.

I've had a Wal-mart card for 14 years, and trying to make a purchase, I was told my account was close. A week ago I called customer service, and was told sorry I will look into the matter. She then said, your account will be open within 48 hours. I waited 3 days and it still says account closed. Today I called back to inform them, that it's showing account closed again. Now I was told that they can't open a closed account. I told her why wasn't I told this last week, all you get is sorry, sorry. I'll never buy from Wal-mart ever again. I'm going to file a complaint with the B.B.B. This is how they treat their customers after 14 years. Reply

First time at this Walmart, never again. Employees are not helpful at all, and rude. All I needed was someone to open the fitting room, every answer " I don't know who has the key" and literally walk away.

Walmart Auto Center destroyed my car. It was $12,000 to fix it. Worse than their negligence and error, they still, two months later have done zero, nothing to resolve their crime. The crime is their mega corporation disinterest in 2024... and non -existent customer service. The store manager, never reached out to me, the lower level store employees lied to me. Four employees were part of the mistake and their doing nothing to fix their error or my car. They drained my transmission fluid. thinking it was my oil pan... never refilled my transmission fluid... and overfilled my un empty old oil with five more gallons of fresh new oil. And they highlighted their work with color coded stickers which were dated. My transmission was destroyed while driving home. $12,000 of damages. An entire new transmission needed to be installed. Walmart corporate has done nothing to help. Lots of "we are working on it for two months".... To Walmart their error is a cheap fix. They are a multi billion dollar company. they also are insured for billions of dollars .... Walmart is sadly no longer and honest company anyone should ever shop at. Walmart as a company should be avoided country wide. Ultimately tgey dnt care at all about their customers. They owe me money for a crime and negligence they've admitted to on recorded interactions. Top Walmart executives are aware of my situation and don't care. The store manager, district manager and regional manager are aware of my situation and their liability and don't care. Don't shop at Walmart and NEVER trust your car to them even for a simple oil change. Sadly its employees and managers are awful too.

There is nothing super about this Walmart. The employees smoke right outside so right away it stinks. Their media section is a mess. Their toy isles are picked over and the employees are absolutely no help.

f you go early you are forced to use self-checkout. The machines very often double charge you for numerous items. If you catch it you have to get an associate to correct it and that can take time. If you don't catch it, it is near impossible to get it corrected after the fact because their customer service is not open and even if it is, there could be a long line. If you try to contact them, there is no way to send an email to customer service, so you have to connect with them by phone. This is very problematic since most associates are very hard to understand and they are very limited with what they can do. They will refer the case to a supervisor who is supposed to call you, but that simply does not happen, even though they will tell you that they did call you, but your phone log will have no record of it, so they simply lie. Was giving them a lot of business, but not anymore

Security is rude, disrespectful and incompetent. There is what's called "shopkeepers privilege ", where anyone can be detained if they suspect you've stolen merchandise. They stop innocent customers here and there's nothing yo can legally do about it. They've held my receipt while staring at me and not checking my items. Rude and disrespectful ghetto employees.

This location has bad service, is never organized and there is always a long line no matter what time of day you go. As a female, I would suggest not shopping here alone.

Walmart, where customers are just an inconvenience. Wow, what a place. No one has a key to access laundry detergent. Not a single person able to help at customer care because the representatives "don't have their own card" whatever that means. Sorry to say, but Walmart has turned into a third world country.

Worst customer service in the electronic section. An associate who came over to help checked the product availability with his device and took a screenshot of the product we were looking for and said he would go check in the back. Waited a few minutes. Watched him walk back to the counter and help another customer. He then proceeded to walk up to us again and say how can I help you!!!??? seriously!!!?? you were supposed to be looking in the back for product and he was like which product!??? .you took a screenshot and model number 5 minutes ago!!!! How does this guy still have a job...ridiculous!! we walked out

Ordered tires online for installation at the Islandia NY automotive location. For 2 days I tried calling auto department and they would not pick up. The operator said she would page them overhead and transfer me. They still wouldn't pick up the phone. After 10 minutes of getting kicked back to the operator she then got belligerent with me and hung up. I decided to cancel my $500 order. I called customer relations and Spoke with Danish Ahmed he was absolutely ZERO HELP, in rectifying the situation . He kept firing off generic emails stating how " Walmart values your business" and wanting to "Rectify your situation". I provided multiple solutions, basicly doing his job, to which he responded no. Mind you these solutions didn't require the company to loose any money, nothing asked was for free. They lost a customer and I will be copying and pasting this on numerous review boards. Shop at Target instead. At least they answer their phones.

Great place to shop for fruits and vegetables and to restock your kitchen cupboards at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking and conveniently located on Hemptead Tpke situated between Rte.135 and the Wantagh Pkwy.
