Customer service is always decent, look up vehicle fit to make sure it’s a match, selection of parts normally in stock from value to Higher end. Reason for 4 stars is they could usually use another person working at anytime we are in there, there is usually a line (employees look up parts it takes time)

Went in on Thursday evening near close, young guy named John was super friendly and helped me out by hooking up his code reader. Printed me off the sheet so I could send it to my car dealer. I came back like 20 min later and bought the part. Thought he was professional and courteous, store had part in stock (I checked online first tho). Thanks man! Just finished the repair today.

Watch who you deal with, some are knowledgeable some are completely inept. Tech had to ask a manager the same question 3 times in less than 5 minutes and when I told him all parts were supposed to be under warranty he just agreed. Then turn in the old equipment and get my money back for one. Now I’m out over $200. A simple brake job turned into a financial nightmare. Thanks again

AutoZone Auto Parts was once a great store to visit for some good to better quality information on basic auto repairs. Parts were available in most situations. The staffing at this location has changed so frequently and always seems to be short handed. Regional Management should work to improve this situation.

Austin was extremely helpful! In between helping other customers resolve complex problems, he made the time to help me with not one but two issues I could not solve; my hood clasp was being ornery and he helped me replace a headlight bulb (on a German automobile). I avoided a costly trip to a repair shop and he was polite throughout his skillful assistance. Thanks Victor Autozone and especially Austin.

My wife was here last week to buy some oil and she tells me that the staff there was very kind shoutout to them actually Jayce, Marc, Kellie, Paul , and that boy mike. But the reason I give it a one star is because of our boy Ryan. She said he gave a negative vibe and That he was very rude to some of the employees while she was there, and not too kind with customers up front either. But safe to say my wife will not be going to that auto-zone for as long as Ryan is there for.

Stuck hundreds of miles away from home and had our battery go bad. These guys were super helpful and had tools we could use to replace it and get back on the road.

Same day pickup? I don't think so. Placed a simple order hours before store closing in hopes to change my oil today. Nope. Not ready. Hopefully it is ready early tomorrow morning because I won't have another chance to change oil until next week. At which point I could have ordered online to be delivered to my home for 20 percent off. What a waste of time and money.

Matt helped me out with a battery and when I bought it, we didn’t have tools. Needed another jump to get home and change out the battery, but Matt came out with tools and changed out the battery. Thank you so much, I feel at ease coming to AutoZone!
