On 8/8/23, I was assisted by Sandra Ahner @ the Farmington office.She was professional, polite and sensitive to my frustration level.She contacted headquarters to help explain to me the process foran Insurance claim check.I was so impressed with Sandra’s calming demeanor in relieving my anxiety level.If all bank professionals could be as patient and caring, the world would be a better place.My hope is that Genrrations Bank reviews this feedback and may think about providing Sandra a raise. At a minimum a significant bonus.She is truly an asset to your organization. Individuals like Sandra are critical to the retention of good employees.Thank you for listening.Paula LeGrett

Karen Long in the Farmington office is always super helpful! I look forward to coming in the office as she greets me with kindness and optimism. She is a great to work with and I would definitely recommend holding a mortgage at Generations Bank as I have had a 10 plus experience so far! Thank you.

So, the lady at the desk to the right when you walk in has been awesome! Always professional and kind to customers. As we've grown a professional relationship, we now talk to each other like siblings and joke with each other, and give each other grief all the time. I will never use the machines as long as she is there. Also, generations has better small business protections than any other in the area.
