The Ethan Allen designer, Misty, helped us with fabric and color choices, and walked us through modular options. She was a pleasure to work with and continues to follow up, which elevates the experience from simply buying a couch to making us feel like truly valued customers. “Has stuff you need. Went to Home Goods which you can’t review. There they have helpful staff as I learned what a Euro Pillow sham is now. If you need knowledge like this or chachkes you don’t need it’s a great place. I found good snacks like tiny bites that I did not need to eat in the car on the way home.”
