“I recently needed to get two prescriptions while on a trip to Rochester. I had them filled at the Wegman's pharmacy in Perinton.
One prescription is a challenge in Connecticut where there is some issue filling it 30% of the time. The second was a new prescription prescribed the same day by a doctor in Perinton.
Both prescriptions were filled quickly and easily with no issues at Wegmans.
The chain pharmacies in Connecticut have struggled post COVID to retain staff. They tend to understaff the pharmacists with one working at a time. In contrast, the pharmacy experience at Wegmans was amazing.
I had a wait in line of about 2 minutes for one prescription and zero minutes for the second. At my local Connecticut pharmacy, a 30 minute line is typical and then I may need to wait another 10 minutes for a fill.
There were multiple pharmacists working and I could get an immediate consultation at a relaxed pace instead of waiting 10 minutes for a rushed consultation.
Wegmans provided prescription fill updates via text message, so I knew the status of the fill at all times.
I wish I had a Wegmans grocery store and pharmacy in my town in Connecticut. Wegmans just recently added a store in Norwalk, so there is hope!”
“Nice local pharmacy. Unfortunately, our current insurance does not let us use any pharmacy other than CVS, but if I could, I would consider getting them here. Selection of drug store products could be better and more varied but it is quite a small store.”

“I have been impressed with this business. I usually have to call them and leave messages to get our cats meds but I always get them as ordered no matter when I call. I struggled to find the place the one time I came in but it was still great service in person and very friendly staff.”
“I'd give them 5 stars if it weren't for one of their female workers (I won't disclose her name here but its burned into my memory). She answers the phone and has a serious attitude no matter if I'm just calling to reorder, check the status of a rx or attempt to figure out why they weren't getting the script from the dr (sent it 3 times). She offered to send another request to the provider but anything beyond that, don't expect help. ZERO compassion. Other pharmacies will offer to call the dr when being told the office has sent it previously. Not her. I asked for a fax number to provide to the dr but apparently their system doesn't work like that. Basically they do nothing except send another request. So now the provider has to call them to figure out why the script isn't going through. Hopefully she doesn't hang up on them for trying to get medicine to their patient like she did me.
I can't imagine being that miserable to people at work and still have a job.”

“We have been using RiteAid as our primary pharmacy for almost 30 years. Initially, we shopped at Rite Aid for its convenient location. As we aged and required more prescriptions and other adaptive products, we could count on Rite Aid to carry such and provide for us. During COVID they accommodated shots on our schedules. The pharmacy and Associates have been consistently knowledgeable, honest, and friendly—-they often greeted us by name. Recommend RiteAid on Eastern Boulevard to all!”

“I had a great shopping trip today at CVS in Farmington. They had great sales all over the store .
They had so many sales , I didn't have enough time to walk through the store to grab everything I wanted.
The laundry soap was priced reasonable and the store was clean and organized. No clutter.
Customer serve was pleasant.”
