Both employees were pleasant, and took the time to explain what happened with my post (somehow the address only had my name and apartment number but not the street address, so I didn't get the envelope and they couldn't find it at first in the office, but the tracking number did have my address attached so I got a notice about my letter being at the post office).
Never felt condescended to or like I was an inconvenience for getting mail. Interior is very standard for a post office. Entrance seemed to be easily accessible for wheelchairs.”
“Hands down the only way to ship a rowing scull. I built a wooden rowing scull and Steve and his son brought it north from Florida to Massachusetts intact and helped me change a flat tire on my car at the handover. They are terrific”

“Victor, NY 14564 post office. Decent size, well stocked with Priority Mail boxes and slips. Really like how large the package drop off is inside. Also has a self serve kiosk inside.”
“Staples in Victor is always a great experience for me. I use them often for invitations or itineraries. I email them the draft, and then they respond immediately. This weekend in particular I worked with Wes and he went above and beyond to make sure the invitation was perfect. I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend this store!!”
