“I am only giving four stars because of Billy. I’ve been going to this location in Rocky Point since it opened and every time your facility brings on a manager that knows what they are doing and cares about customers, you ship them to other locations or they move on. So many relationships I’ve built with prior members of your management team over the years that have disappeared; only to be replaced with inferior replicas that have zero knowledge or zero care about answering customer questions. Billy is the only manager in a very long time that I feel actually gives a darn about what I need. Whoever operates this store from a regional manager standpoint needs to understand that relationships keep customers coming back. I really hope that you know what you have in Billy and that he remains doing what he is good at. He should get a raise too, because he actually cares.”
“They offer an excellent selection of quality products and their prices are quite good. They appear to be seriously engaging some prior lapses in customer care and, before I gave a review, they performed admirably. My dad used to say that nobody is perfect but you can tell a lot by how someone addresses mistakes or problems.
When I called about dissatisfaction with a product, they immediately processed a refund and took the time to research with their staff and explain why the color is different than was expected (never heard of German blue chamomile). They also offered a free FedEx return so that they could examine the products and, to me, that is a clear indicator of a company that cares about what they do and their customers' satisfaction.
Further, in response to the low rating I gave to one of their protein powders during an exchange, they responded promptly and professionally to ensure my satisfaction quickly. What more could I ask? I'll certainly do business with them again”
