Rushed driving 15 minutes from home this store to get a small part for my broken kitchen faucet, only to arrive at 5 pm closing time, and they refused to help and turned me away. That’s the kind of bad customer service that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Alot of teenagers working here. They try to be somewhat helpful but all at the same time touching and playing with eachother way to much . Time and place for everything and you can be trying cash out with them just rubbing and playing with eachother.

Excellent customer service. I was greeted almost as soon as I walked in and taken to the parts I was looking for and guided to the right part for the application I was using it for. They also have an excellent sense of humor.

Always leave Ace with what I needed. Customer service is exceptional and the best products are available. Compare to big box stores that don’t have help to cover the store and for the part not very knowledgeable with very few exceptions. Always leave in positive mode!

This rating is not based on the store itself it's meant for the website. The store were great called to let me know it was not in stock and refunded my order. The website and the ordering process needs some improvement. And let get rid of this read in 15 minutes lie your spewing. More like always ready in a few hours. And get a better handle on your inventory as far as in stock or not. Just reordered the same thing on home depot website 2 minuts later after the refund. And it was ready in 15 minutes.
