I made a mistake when making a purchase, but the seller was extremely understanding and helped amend the issue (which was entirely my fault.) The seller was in constant contact with me regarding the purchase and showed genuine concern, in spite of the error being on my part.He made the process smooth and kept things from getting uncomfortable.
