“After trying this car-wash and having a slight problem with the wash, I contacted the owner using the number given on-site. A response was immediate. I discovered that the current owner took over recently. He has made a lot of improvements and is serious about customer service and making sure his customers are happy. An A+ rating can be given to any company when things go smoothly. It's when there is a problem or question to respond to that the real A+ businesses can really shine. This owner went out of his way to respond to me, he answered all my questions, and he set up an appointment on-site to meet with me to ensure that the issue was corrected and I was happy with the outcome. I recommend you try this car-wash, especially if you stopped coming due to issues in the past. “Absolutely LOVE this car wash. I noticed that right now a repair or renovation is happening of the touch-free drive-thru bay I always use for our vehicles. Hoping it is up and running soon! I went to a car wash I have never used before about a half-mile away because my vehicles needed washing and it was terrible! Didn’t get change back from the machine when I paid and when I exited their bay, my car looked as dirty as it had when I pulled in! Never again…Sticking with Horizon!”
“Mike does wonderful work for a fair price. I does not rip you off just because you are a woman. He did body work on my car after I was rear-ended. The only problem is sometimes the work was not done when he said it would be. Overall, I recommend him if you need body work for a reasonable price.”

“I'm tired, will you give me Anand writing these? It's a mid-price Mobil with friendly people working here, it's in a useful spot on a major intersection in the south side of town. I think I've only filled up here twice, and I've also noticed they've been closed in the middle of the night so don't rely on this place for 3am gas needs. There's a 24-hour spot nearby on Brighton though. Now I'm feeling a little more Mobil so I'm gonna go have a run.”
“This rating is for the DIY coin washers. Very well maintained facility and one of the best in the area. One of the bays has lower water pressure and some of the selection knobs are a little loose so it's sometimes hard to tell which setting it's on. Everything else is great.”

“Self-service place. it does accept cards or cash all services cost ( wash/vacuum) there are some pavement issues In stalls water pools in small pot holes while washing. If you don't like brush washes this is the place. You must bring your own towel to dryer vehicles. Small cars and suv can fit in stalls like a RAV 4 ( not too sure about a big truck 1500 size )”
