Today my mom and I visited Chico's for a little shopping and had the best experience.The manager/ staff is absolutely delightful, friendly, kind and helpful. It's so spectacular to know we still have stores with beautiful merchandise and excellent customer service.It was worth the hour drive . ?????

I always go to Chicos in Fayetteville to get clothes for my mom. It seems like I get a different experience/ service, being African American. Different meaning I don't feel treated/ served equally. A more diverse staff being employed here, I feel, would be of a huge benefit and make everyone feel welcome.

i just want to say that I have never received exceptional service as I did today with Kelly..Greeted me as soon as I came in...didn't pounce on me right away...she approached me after a minute or two offered to start a dressing room. and handled my transaction seamlessly..I have worked retail many years and she was definitely the way it should be

Very helpful staff greet you at the door and help you with anything you need while you are changing or selecting clothing. Clean dressing rooms and plenty of assistance.
