Just had a cocktail party with appetizers, desserts and cocktails for 20+ people at our home. Shelly and her team were absolutely amazing! Set up, service, and clean up-very professional….my kitchen is cleaner than before the party!
Cocktails-had signature drink “Rosemary Old Fashion” …this was chef Shelly’s idea, she made a homemade rosemary simple syrup that just put this drink over the edge!
Now on to the food…..this was the best assortment of appetizers that I have ever had! Sesame ginger chicken wontons with ginger sauce, samosas, spiced lamb meatballs with creamy fondue…..all so delicious! And everything was presented so beautifully. The chicken empanadas with avocado relish was my favorite along with the chorizo and feta filled mushrooms.
The flavors from the warmed olives with star anise/orange and garlic was to die for! I will be enjoying the leftovers with some crusty bread!
Desserts….pecan tartlets and the chocolate hazelnut mousse-just perfect!

We had a WONDERFUL evening with Chef Shelly! She prepared a delicious meal for our ladies weekend away; every course was a hit and she left the kitchen even more clean and organized than when she arrived. Chef Shelly was also an absolute delight to be around. We will definitely book her again when we next return to the region!

We asked Chef Shelly for an out of the box idea - a custom menu based on a High Noon English Tea for our grand daughter’s baptism held on a Sunday afternoon. Boy did she deliver! With over 60 guests on a hot sunny day, she and her team hit it out of the park! Guests devoured her tasty menu, her team (Jacquie and Dawna) monitored the open self-serve bar and served the dessert for me! I was able to enjoy the event, the guests, and most importantly enjoy the star of the show - our beautiful granddaughter! I WILL be asking Chef Shelly for help with our next event! Thank you, Chef! You are amazing and your team is so easy to work with!

Shelly and her lovely staff give superb service and her food is always excellent (if she is feeding 5 or 105 guests). I would highly, highly recommend her for all of your catering and private dining needs.

Shelly traveled to Remsen to cater a 40th birthday dinner and it was absolutely amazing!Crab cakes, wedge salad, filet and crème brulee to die for. We can’t wait to hire her for another event!
