“I was guided to fix my Brother printer as an authorized service center. This place looked closed, but I left a voice message because nothing else I can do. At least they got back to me, and said 'Not an Authorized service center anymore' and they moved different location. So, Do Not listen to Brother and waste your time!!”

Now it is seven dollar upcharge to install a phone screen protector. That’s the kind of easy Customer Service that would’ve gotten a 5 star review. Hope the nickel and diming is worth it Best Buy.”
