Old School Service at it's finest! No joke. Couldn't have ever expected such dedication to the customer's needs. They made it all feel personal for them too. I had several difficult tasks, to be rectified. Mandy, Sarah and Ashley worked like a fine oiled machine! For anyone thinking, or debating on giving them a shot ? at serving you or your family's needs? I don't recommend ANYONE anymore. Unless they deserve it! Earn it! This will be my financial institution, till I move away! Some day ? WHO'D A THUNK IT? I LOVE MY BANKER”
“You will run into some issues seeing as this is the smallest you can get for a credit union. That's a bummer, sure. What isn't a bummer is knowing that this is as local as it gets. This doesn't fund wars. Your money is safe and protected like any other bank but it is a community bank. Can the staff be hard sometimes to deal with? Maybe. Worth it. It isn't one of the big banks that use your money against your better interest. It is a bank with heart and values. Worth the small inconveniences and definitely a staple of the community.”
