My youngest child, and I have a very good experience at Visionworks. We both were able to find new frames and purchase very affordable glass is using our vision insurance benefits. The only thing that was disappointing was the limited selection if eyewear styles. Many of the frames looked very practical and in muted, neutral tones.

The only person who was interested in my needs was the the wonderful woman who helped me select my glasses from the extremely limited selection available. The other front staff preferred to talk to each other, as they were not busy. Even the doctor rushed me through and barely gave me time to select between options when trying to narrow down my prescription. Will definitely explore options available under my insurance for next year!

Received a phone call at 4:32 that my daughters 5pm appt was cancelled as there was not an available doctor. Learned our lesson ( as we had attempted a previous appt … pulled her out if school for two hours only to be told after 1 hour of waiting that the computers were down) and will go back to a “non chain” eye doctor.

They need more help and friendlier staff. The cost of lenses is very expensive. Many Americans are unable to afford. I should've took my script and ordered online. Even with insurance. I had to pay over $200.

Great and quick service. They were very organized and nice. I got there 30 min prior to my appointment and was seen right away. It was also very easy to make an appointment. The only thing I would improve is their glasses selection. I was missing cooler models and brands.

The optician was an absolute pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. However, I was not informed that the exam would be done via telehealth, and I will say that the delays involved with that made my appointment (which was already over an hour late) take much longer than it should have, just due to the waits for providers to sign on. Next time I will call them to make sure I get a real live optometrist.

How do you get in touch with this store?! I’ve called many times and waited on hold for accumulated hours trying to pay a bill so that my contacts can be ordered. (Could not pay a bill at time of appointment due to error made by staff/doctor and the appt had already taken over an hour and I couldn’t wait any longer for error to be fixed). Now I can’t get my contacts because I can’t get ahold of anyone! This place is literally the worst.

There was no indication that this was Tele health when I made the appointment. The entire process took 2 hours and I had already picked out my frames. There was plenty of staff to shuffle me through the in-house process. The last Dr to come on the screen was very rude and I don't feel that a Dr sitting next to me would have been so disrespectful regarding my vision concerns. I won't do another important medical exam this way again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I broke my glasses within the first 2 weeks of getting them. Thankfully I got insurance on them and within 2 weeks I will get replacement. I was 900 miles from home and I'm so grateful. They sent me to jeweler near by to have them soldered and then bent them in shape until the new ones came in.Thank you ?

I recently had my first visit here for an eye exam and the staff was wonderful. Michael was absolutely phenomenal with helping me, and today when I returned to pickup my new glasses they were there to help me right away. The entire staff is customer oriented and made the process as easy as possible.

I have had both good and bad experiences at this location. It seems that every time I have gone for an appointment, there are different staff working, which is fine, but it leads me to question where the old staff are going and why. Most of the time staff are friendly and approachable, but my last experience there is why I will never return. I went there sometime last year (2022) and went through the usual initial eye exam procedures (the good ol' blowing air in the eyes and whatnot) before going into the exam room. Once inside, a young girl (who looked about 15 years old) assisted me with a telehealth appointment with a doctor, as there were no actual doctors in the office. The girl was perky and friendly, but played with her cell phone most of the time she was in the room with me. This was unprofessional and disrespectful, but not the worst part of the appointment. At this time, masks were still required, so she was wearing one. However, she had some apparent phlegm built up in her throat and pulled down her mask to spit it into the trash can in the room with me. This was absolutely disgusting and appalling to see a "professional" staff member in an establishment like this do something like that. I will not be returning to this location. If they hire staff like that, then I do not care to return. I will drive the extra distance to go somewhere else where staff are respectful and professional. Other people I know have also had bad experiences at this location and have found care elsewhere.

I went this location in 2022 and no one informed me that my insurance entitled me to a second pair of glasses for free as per my profession. I spoke with manager today and he is in willing to compensate me for their error. Do yourself a favor stay away from this location they are very unprofessional.
