I rarely write bad reviews. I spoke with Kevin Ierlan, the agent from this location, regarding a policy for a recently deceased person. He was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I would never recommend this agent. He does not even deserve one star.

Horribly rude man at the main desk. My job is serving people with developmental disabilities, guiding them to become more independent. My client went in to pay their bill with cash, which he turned down, but when we asked other questions to see how we could get this bill paid he rolled his eyes and made it clear he would not be helpful to us and was certainly not willing to answer any questions. My client was switched to this agency automatically after the her previous one closed down. Payment in cash was never an issue before. There was absolutely no level of satisfactory customer service.

I had a good experience with the female agent that came over the phone. However when I called back to make a change, Kevin answered and was extremely rude and unprofessional without reason.I work for a dealership and we all have jobs to do.
