Was treated horribly me and my freinds spend money at the store every day and we were just sitting and eating our food when we were asked very aggressively to leave I asked why and he started to essculte then I asked the name and I just got flipped of so I left that store does not deserve any business and the customer service is trash (I am not giving any specific details about him Becaue he shouldn’t be fired but he should have a talk about how to treat loyal customers.) also I treated this worker well and even helped him pick up so it’s really messed up to do this

Horrible old dry pizza slices. But counterman said it was only 30 minutes old. This was at 6pm.
Store seems to be new, but an unpleasant odor (like spoiled food?) as I entered the front door. As another reviewer said, there are other places to buy a slice, close by. Small triangular pizza box he gave me wouldn't seal. Pizza slice fell out on my carseat as I re-entered my vehicle - no bag. We won't be returning.

This store is awful. Only snacks, candy & chips with suspect or NO actual service.
Have tried leaving corporate customer service messages but the site glitches leaving you in a circle-jerk of frustration.
Got to speedway down the street.

Never been treated so poorly. From waiting 5 minutes at self checkout cuz no one is around to being called a racist by am obvious racist, and finally telling me, I hope you crash and die. In front of other customers. Customer service these days is garbage. Entitled brats. I was pleasant to start even after waiting. I should add it is just one consistently miserable employee. Everyone else is wonderful

Witnessed an older man having a meltdown at a cashier over the self checkout and said some really nasty slurs! I hope not all workers here are treated that poorly :( very scary

The self checkout is very frustrating, but the workers are all pleasant and a pleasure to interact with. Fresh rotating stock, and frequent discounts make this a lovely station.
I did unfortunately watch an employee get screamed and cussed at for following NYS tobacco ID laws. I commend the staff for following the law, and staying patient with rude customers.

What a joke sale 2 for $6 but only have 1, how about old pizza who knows how long its been sitting around for, BTW this happens at lunch time. So many other places to go don't go here

Self checkouts at gas stations are one of the dumbest decisions ever unless the customer could scan their own ID, grab their own tobacco, or ring up an amount for gas. It would work if an employee was around to do these things we are not allowed to do. All the employees here would rather play hide and go seek instead. I purposely avoid this gas station and all Circle K's for these reasons.

This gas station is an absolute joke. Ever since they installed the self checkout machines, it takes 10+ min in this place if you need anything behind the counter. Before, it would be like 1-2 min tops.The manager will literally see people walk in and head for the register, and she'll run straight to the back, never to be seen again. The regular cashiers are always friendly, but they're incredibly overworked. The "call attendant" button on the register makes a quiet jingle (think phone notifications at minimum volume), and the light flashes for 10 seconds, so either the workers can't hear it or don't care. Who knows. You call yell "excuse me, hello," etc, etc, but they rarely respond to that either.If you're in a hurry, this Circle K is not it. Try speedway by the Fville firehouse. Lucy and Kevin are super nice there.

Will post a shift smart shift and accept your shift and have hours go by and not cancel it just for you to come in and be thrown out in the cold because they apparently already have somebody. Take the ad down then. Rude to me as well when I’m the one who spent Twenty dollars to get here for nothing and now I’m out in the cold with nowhere to go and have no idea what to do because she wouldn’t even try to help resolve it or tell me what to do. Krysten you need to treat people better. Do better.

Pumped $28.42 of non ethinol gas on pump 6 and it took almost 10 minutes. I only had a very little bit of gas left and wanted to fill up but stopped pumping out of frustration of how long it was taking. Got in my car and the gas gauge did not move. No gas was coming out. I went inside where the employee called the manager who said she would be in at 5am to fix the issue. I still do not see a charge back and I have tried calling the store but nobody will answer.
