I was able to drop my car off days early and pick it up days later due to a family emergency without a problem.The service department contacted me and my husband to discuss requested services. We were even told that some services were not necessary and given the option to have them done or not.

Frank took such good care of my vehicle! I know when I bring it to him I will know of what needs to be done and get a heads up on what will be needed in the coming months. I will always bring my car to Romano and Frank when it needs service!
