I went specifically to purchase art work for gifts. Stickley has a nice selection of various artists. I have purchased the same in years past and knew I would find what I was looking for. My siblings are enjoying my choices and I'll choose Stickley again for future gifts.

Severely disappointed in the absolute lack of follow up customer service!! We ordered a sectional in FEBRUARY 2021 and we are most recently told “your order is right on track for delivery as was promised. Delivery in early January!!! That’s NOT the date I have been told just 2 weeks ago! The sales person left a voicemail with her characteristically fake, upbeat tone of voice, suggesting we should be happy that our order will arrive in January. We have been told month after month it was “on track” for arrival in Fayetteville in mid-November with delivery to be set up in December. When I responded to the sales person I informed her that she was wrong in telling us we were “on track” with the dates she discussed with us!! She didn’t follow up, apologize or show any interest in our concerns. All I can surmise from the super poor “after the sale” customer care is that staff is way too busy booking more and more sales. It is fast approaching a full year since we handed over a 50% deposit and ordered. At this point if I don’t hear from someone who seems to care that we’ve been hung out to dry, we will demand our money back. And we will Never bother to shop Stickley!

A knowledgeable staff to complement their superb line of furniture items. It's a very big showroom, book extra time to browse before buying.

Ordered a few pieces of furniture (sectional, ottoman, accent chair) in November, 2020. As of June 2021 we still have not received our purchase! Our delivery date has been pushed out with no real estimate on arrival of our furniture. The furniture is not cheap, you expect good quality and good service for the prices being paid. Disappointed in this situation and thought it could be handled better.

Regarding your Albany store. Managers Besty & Jolie. So one week now without our bed. Last Friday Mar 5th@ 7.30pm they removed my current bed and box spring. They then brought in the correct box spring and then the incorrect mattress. The delivery people called then stated they would be back with the correct mattress. One week latter still no mattress. We have called 5x, spoken to two managers without followup. Why am I sleeping on a couch, when I spent $3000 for the new mattress! DO NOT LET THEM REMOVE YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR NEW PRODUCTS FIRST. They appear NOT to care! Very disappointed as we have been a customer for years.

My fiancée bought a sofa there and I am trying to find out the manufacturer so that I can inquire about a loveseat? She would also like to get 2 more gray pillows? Please advise or send info to :

Update: Regional Manager researched the matter, and confirmed the order was placed incorrectly. He has assured me that a rush order has been placed for new cushions. I am hopeful this will resolve the issue.Very disappointed with my recent Stickley experience. Ordered 5 pieces in September, and had to wait 4 months for delivery, after sales staff repeatedly did not verify availability of chosen fabrics. Then multiple pieces were delivered with wrong cushion filling. Stickley immediately said they would make it right, but 6 weeks later, absolutely nothing has been done, and I am still getting the runaround. I keep calling, they keep assuring me it will be taken care of, but then I receive no follow up communication, and when I call back, I learn there has been absolutely no action taken. Have bought several pieces at Stickley Audi in the past, and quality & service were always fantastic. I'm so frustrated & discouraged at the lack of response that it's driven me to post a negative review on line - a first for me. Very disappointing.

I am *very* disappointed in my purchases and service from Stickley. I ended up buying there because they were the only place I could find a rather unique style of couch I had been searching for. So, sofa found and ordered. Next, a chair. A difficult process - the chairs were nearly as expensive as the sofa, most around 2K. The selection of fabrics for the chair was not wonderful. I later learned that the on-line selection was larger - the salesperson either did not know or chose not to share that info. In any case, order placed July 9th 2019, with a chair fabric I could live with. At that same time I ordered an extra yard of chair fabric to make pillows. Fast forward to mid September. The salesperson had said the furniture would take about 6 weeks to arrive. Checked in repeatedly, no word. Oh, finally, another salesperson says "they should have told you it takes 16 weeks, not 6". In the meantime, the yard of fabric arrives in late October. However, it had a huge "bite" out of it, rendering the very expensive piece only 1/2 usable. Salesperson says "oh, sorry, we will order another yard right away". My sofa arrived Tuesday, Nov 26. The chair had been delivered a week earlier, only because I discovered it was sitting at Stickley and I complained about the long wait. The sofa was delivered and damaged on arrival. The foot was deeply gouged and the poly fabric on the bottom of the sofa was shredded. A tech came out a week later and repaired the fabric - a less than ideal solution but I was not willing to send the sofa back. The foot is on order. Oh, and second shipment of fabric that was coming from Stickley? Crickets despite an email and call. The worst insult of this whole experience is that I have learned that both pieces (upholstered, not Stickley signature Mission Style) were made in CHINA. So, I waited 18 weeks for very expensive furniture made in China. Lesson learned. 12/31/19 Edited to add STILL no second yard of fabric and *crickets* from George at Stickley. I'm so done with them.

Good third party furniture but beware of their leather. We designed our family room and the sofa we purchased came with a defect in the leather on one cushion. The repair person immediately sent out a "leather tech. He promptly put hot vinyl paste on the defect -- making it worse. The cushion then it went back to the factory to be replaced. We were without a cushion for five weeks! It came back defective. I then tried using our expensive peace of mind warranty and after they tried to blame us for the damage, they admitted that Stickley had stopped production of the leather used on our couch and thus they could do nothing to help. This is after at least six months trying to convince us that we had somehow damaged our cushion. It was only after an arbitration process that they admitted the truth. Now I'm being told by Strickley that leather is a natural material and thus variations should be expected. If you look at the warranty, they also state this. I just had no idea what "natural variations" could translate to. I took Stickley to the BBB for arbitration. Won. The manager, James, offered us a "great deal" of redoing the leather in another color for 4k. The couch costs 6k. I even wrote recently to the president, Ms. Audi. Not even the courtesy of a response. My designer told me that me that a premium price was worth the freedom from hassle. That has not been our experience, unfortunately. The metal side tables we also purchased are great. No problem there. Just stay away from Stickley's natural materials. I'm so upset that I even created a website to describe the full experience and to link to the letter sent to Ms. Audi.
