“I've started using tops more recently, driven by price hikes at competitors. I will say that the Fayetteville tops is staffed with friendly people, who work intelligently and flexibly, something you don't see as much anymore. In grocery stores. Their selection is excellent in this particular store is at large tops and is beating out the other local grocery store competition in terms of availability of products”
“Albrecht Discount has a somewhat reliable selection of groceries at generally fair prices so we do most of our grocery shopping there at the moment. They also some great deals on odd stuff that go fast. The produce never lasts as long as some other places but that might be because its more organic.”
“It's an easy store to get around. Good selection of things you may need, but maybe not and not all grocery stores are the same. The shrimp is really good here and seafood options. Bargains or sale from time to time to sale off meats off faster just have to look.”
“I use Aldi primarily for produce. I find it to be fresher and less costly than other grocery stores. I get some other stuff if I see something that strikes my fancy, but predominantly produce.”
“Top quality produce for the lowest price! Even for the same product, it is often 10% lower than other groceries stores around the area. Just remember to bring a $0.25 coin so you can rent the cart.”
“I was always coming here when I lived in Rome, New York that was 20 years ago how amazing that this place is still in business so clean and organized and what a great selection. I love how they still have meat to choose from. I would always come here for the bread and the meat and all my snacks. I’m happy to see that this store is still thriving. I pray over that it does good so I can keep visiting it from years to come.”
“My 18 year old loves this place. There is a lot of items fit into a small area. Some things found here are different than the larger Asian store in the area. Prices are good and service is great. Worth checking it out.
Update: Watch dates....My 19 year old son picked up a refrigerated item that was on sale. When we went to cook it up we noticed the expiration was two months earlier. We were afraid to eat it and returned it. They told him that is why it was on sale. I looked it up and it's not illegal, however, who wants to eat anything that out dated. It was an Udon noodle meal with a packet of dried fish flakes. He still likes the store, but please be mindful of expiration dates. I'm sure we will!”
“They have the best seafood and meats around. Beat Walmart hands down! And the price is even better on the meats then wally world. Imagine that. Can't beat the seafood depth and I'm from the beach down south. Best in town”
“Unique selection of items from the middle east. Fresh Halal meats at the back of the store. A lot of different cooking oils. Pickles in can and jars. Canned meats. A selection of candy. I picked up lamb and beef burgers and six quails from the frozen food area. Different type of drinks from that area of the world to choose from. Also canned fish along with dry beans note red lentils. There is whole frozen fish.”
“Tops is alright. Decent stuff, but just another grocery store. Kinda wish they had lines open not just self checkout. Makes me feel like they’re paid to stand there, I get it I used to do it but still man that’s just wasteful. They should be doing something”
“Gas prices are as expected. Good choice of items inside, beer, cigarettes, snacks, drinks.
The ice cream part opens in the summer, with fair prices. Portions are ideal”
“This store is great, better than going to tops where the cashiers wear their masks below their nose. These guys are friendly and polite.the store is always clean and well stocked.”
“This is one of my favorite stores. I always enjoy shopping here every Saturday morning. The employees are always delightful and helpful. The ladies kn self-checkout are always so nice and sometimes funny.
I also love that they have an app with ecoupons and the sales are available”
“The store is a bit run down but, Sam does his best to provide a good local service for the neighborhood. In typical corner store fashion you can get basic household items, toiletries, snacks as well as pizza, wings and other convenience store fare. Service is always friendly.”

“I like this Tops in that it is a smaller store- while this limits the variety/quantity a little they still have pretty much everything you need, and it is easy in/easy out. Friendly staff too. Convenient access on our normal commute.”
“Great place perfect staff very organized
in a safe neighborhood with no carens coming it the staff are always engaged with the people coming it if they don't have something on the shelf and you tell them that it's not there they will go and get it and if they don't have it they will show you the closest thing to it or an alternative”
“Toomey Abbott has a good staff to customer rapore. With two ATM's & a Crunchy Chicken spot in the back of the store one can't go wrong in this minimart that offers a large variety of items to both eat & drink.”
“Update: I was immediately contacted by the store manager. He made no excuses but took the time to explain to me the procedures around expiration dates. He also gave a very plausible reason why these sauce packets may have been overlooked. After speaking with him and hearing the detailed procedures the store goes through to avoid this error, I'm amending my rating. Will I still check expiration dates on items that don't have a great deal of turnover? Probably, but I won't be checking everything.
Check expiration dates on everything! I just spent an hour on a special Mahi meal and sides. An expensive dinner that I usually don't make. The only shortcut I took was on the sauce. When the sauce was watery I saw that the sauce packet expired 4 months ago. I checked the packet on another sauce I bought and that was also expired. If you shop in this store allow extra time because you're going to need extra time to check the expiration date on everything you take off of the shelf. This was just a sauce packet. How old is the medication?”
“Nice grocery. Mostly well stocked and I appreciate the cleanliness of their entire store, especially in the produce department. It's unfortunate that their prices are very much more expensive than almost any other grocery store.”
“The guy who organizes the produce is A1.this guy does the job like no other setting up displays.produce has to look good to sell keep up the good job .you deserve the wage and position you seek?????”
“Since moving to Manlius this has become my go to grocery store, it is much less hectic than Wegmans with shorter lines and easier parking. Prices are OK depending on what you’re getting, they have coupons in their ads that are often great deals. Staff are noticeably nicer and more helpful here than at previous tops that I’ve been to. Both staff and customers here are always masked which is appreciated.”
“Some prices are higher, some lower. Compares well with Wegmans in quality without as big a selection in produce. However, nothing wrong here at all with it compared to a better than average grocery. Similar to one of the nicer Kroger locations if you’re familiar with how Kroger and how they vary. Clean, bright, and convenient location. In there just a few minutes ago and they opened a lane promptly when the single checkout had a line getting a little long. Lady that opened the self check was really nice. Its a little unclear (google problem not store) if it is 24-hr. Google says 6a-12, I think I saw a sign there stating 24. Coming back for sure. :)”

“A big grocery store with a lot of items to pick from. Store was super clean & items looked better quality but the price tags were higher. They had a Starbucks coffee outlet serving good coffee.”
“There are some pretty good deals and I've had good customer service by cashiers and staff the negative is not being able to take the cart to my car. I know why they have it set up the way they have it but being a disabled person it's hard carrying all your groceries to the car or even worse trust someone you don't know to watch your cart while you run to your car so thats a big red flag for me. -1 star”

“I love Aldi for many reasons: first, they have the BEST ice cream! It's the store brand, SUPER PREMIUM, only comes in chocolate and vanilla, but each one has only 5 ingredients - no fillers, no gums, no air. It's so dense that we have to leave it on the counter to soften for a few minutes before scooping! CAUTION - you'll be hooked!
They also have great prices on fresh fruits and veggies, and carry some organics. I buy their organic whole chickens and their Black Angus chuck roasts - both are great for easy crockpot meals. I also love their German chocolates, but those are dangerous for the waistline too!”
