I live in a small town about 9-10 miles away from the Fayetteville Post Office. We have our own Post Office here. I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The staff in Fayetteville is super, super friendly and helpful. They give tips and suggestions freely. The lines move fast and they make the whole errand a great experience....thank you all so much.

I am so thankful for Nirosha, she went above and beyond today 3/26/25 to help me with mailing a package/box.
UPS quoted me $13 for a box and $47 for the least expensive to ship to Florida, today I shipped my package for $14.35 with USPS in Fayetteville. TYSM Nirosha 🌹

On Oct.22nd 2024, I purchased and sent money order checks. I soon discovered I was the victim of a scam. On Oct. 23rd, an Asian mail clerk named Nirosha took the time to notify the postal authorities of the checks in Boiling Springs, South Carolina where they were sent. Because of her determined and caring efforts, the criminals were apprehended by a Postal Inspector. I will always be grateful to mail clerk Nirosha and her quick thinking actions to save me from scammers.

Had to get fingerprints done today staff was very patient and helpful. They worked through some technical difficulties that took a few extra minutes and worked with a positive team effort. Would recommend them for this service if needed.

Friendly and patient staff. My first time there but everyone that came in was treated great and seemed to really like the guy at the front. Will definitely come back next time I need to send a package.

Words cannot express how PHENOMENAL the staff at the Fayetteville PO branch are. I came in right before closing (I know, I know) in a panic as I had missed delivery of an important package I needed IMMEDIATELY. Steven was absolutely fantastic, helpful, professional and patient when one thing after another went wrong with this package. I started crying (seriously) and they STILL did not toss me out (past closing at this time). Above and beyond satisfying this customer!!! They are heroes too!!!!!

Someone needs to please speak with Nila that works there. She is so rude every time we come in to ship a package out. She didn't allow us to use any tape today and told us to pay for it. My husband asked to speak to someone else and they graciously said they would do it. Otherwise this would be a one star post. Do better Nila, the world needs kinder people right now.

Maybe I don’t get out much but this location is very clean and updated facility. Automatic doors! The staff is super friendly and kind too! Just the right amount of small talk to make you feel right at home! Not too nosey and not too “robotic” like where they literally only say what can I help you with and your total.
