Jim, personally handled all the details and had to drive me to a different location to retrieve the truck. Then after confirming where I was to drop it off, I received a text 5 hours later from U-Haul, telling me to return the truck to a completely different location. Thankfully, Jim cleared it all up for me and helped make an already successful situation a little less stressful. Thanks you so much, Jim, I truly appreciate everything you did for me!
