Aaron's Kettlebell technique, experience, knowledge, AND patience are exceptional. His way of explaining cleans and snatches are very impressive. His passion for the sport is equally impressive. Tiffany is extremely helpful in giving technique examples (close the zipper). I would highly recommend them. We're from lower Westchester County and would absolutely make the trip up again.
