Went to AT&T store to buy a new iphone and Elijah was extremely knowledgeable, patient and overall excellent personality! He should be in management if he isn’t already! Highly recommend!

As always this employee is so rude. Not acknowledge the client. Try to do the minimum. He was so worry about the music he play on his tablet then try to assist me. And I was the only one.
Same person screw my first account set up with Att and I put several complains and no one follow up.
I lost a whole month because of this person.
I need information but his attitude is horrible.

Worst customer service ever. The manager, I think name was Michael, is absolutely rude and uncooperative. I purchase a new phone and noticed when they powered it up in the store it was running hot. I complained and the kid working the counter said he couldn’t swap it out as it had already been checked out of the safe so would need a managers approval. I came back the next weekend to speak with the manager (again Michael) who was absolutely useless and combative. Left my number for his boss to call and never heard back. Apparently this is a franchise store so ATT has no say in the way the business is run. So if you have any problems expect no cooperation.

If I could give no stars I would. I went in to upgrade my phone when the iPhone 15 came out they gave me a phone and told me they are running a promotion where if you get a new iPhone 15, you get a free watch. I said a FREE WATCH?? And they said yes, and I didn’t say yes to this at all, they just brought out the watch and signed me up. I am now getting charged full price for the watch I never asked for or wanted. I called AT&T and they told me they don’t know about any promotion and to go to the store. So I went to the store and Micheal told me it would take awhile to figure out, so he told me to leave and he would call me. He never did so I called back and he was not there and still has not called me back over a month later.

I went into the store to upgrade my phone when the iPhone 15 came out. They accommodated and as I was checking out I was told by the man who was helping me that I get a FREE apple watch with the iPhone 15 because they were running a promotion. I said a FREE WATCH? And he replied yes, then brought out the watch and signed me up for it without asking if I agree. I noticed the first month I got charged which is normal, you get a credit the next month. Then the next month came and I was still charged, so I called AT&T and they tell me they don't know anything about this promotion and I have to go into the store. So I did and was told by Micheal that it would take awhile to figure out so just to leave and they would call me. I never received a call even after calling back to check up on progress they just said idk he's not here. It's been over a month and no word from them. So now I am stuck paying for a brand new watch I never asked for. If I could give no stars I would and I can't wait to cancel my service with AT&T.

Very upset about my experience at this store. I inquired about switching service carriers to save money. The manager AND the assistant manager quoted me a monthly charge saving me money if I switched. As a result of saving money, I decided to purchase a phone, but ONLY on the condition that the phone would not be locked in case I wanted to leave AT&T if I wasn’t satisfied with the service. I was told that because I paid for my phone in full, it was NOT locked. My first bill was over $400 (too many errors to count) and my second bill was over $300!!! After several hours, phone calls and days later, I was told my bill would not be as quoted by the manager and my phone WAS locked to AT&T service for 3 years! Lies and deception to get business. Very disappointing.

On Friday 10/20/2023 at around 6:30 pm, I was at the store because I had been having a problem with my phone for the past 5 days, because randomly the calls did not come through the phone. The person in charge told me that she couldn't do anything because the phone at that very moment had no problem with the calls coming in, I explained to her that it was something that happened randomly and she told me that in order to help me I had to return to the store when It would happen again, I explained to her for the third time that it was random and that I did it and a minute later it didn't and she repeated that I had to come when it happened. This has been the stupidest answer I have ever heard in my life, zero customer service and zero technical knowledge of the products, what a lazy person, never again to this AT&T store, yesterday I was in another store where they treated me very kindly and changed the sim card of the phone and the problem was fixed.

I was told this is a retail store and the employee suggested for me to go to Newburgh to fix my issues with my iPad since that store is a corporate one. I felt the employee at the Fishkill store realized I wasn't here for a sale and blew me off. He should have called corporate to help fix the issue instead of blowing me off...Since then, I was able to fix my issues over the phone while sitting in their parking lot with the regular corporate 1-800#. It just goes to show that employees do not treat their job like it's their business. As someone who has had many retail jobs and a business of my own, he should have went above and beyond instead of looking annoyed to deal with my issue. Calling the Newburgh store, calling corporate, being able to fix the issue himself...All would of been gesture of kindness that would have made me feel differently about this interaction. It's the small things that keep customers coming back when they do need to upgrade or purchase a new phone.

Very well I went to 2 at&t and I found that fishkill was the best didn't try to over charge us the 2nd one tryed so we went back to 1st one .always did business with fishkill and will stay with them.
