They didn’t check the appliance for faulty parts, and you are expected to report all problems within a week in order for them to address, which is a really short amount of time. Also they outsource repairs to G&G appliance service, which is possibly the worst repair company around. Recommend you look around for another store that offers better aftercare for their customers, afterall, appliances are not cheap.

Two very nice, professional installers came to my house to remove our old dishwasher and put in a new one. It was quick and seamless. My only comment about dishwashers in general is that they appear to be very light compared to the one that was 15 years old. Only time will tell if it holds up as long. I have been told to expect 10-12 years out of the new appliances.

Automatic appliance did a great job with our new refrigerator. They price shopped all the big box stores, delivered on time . The delivery guys were very good and knowledgeable.

Buying from Automatic Appliance was an excellent experience. They had the washer/dryer I needed in stock and let me look at what they had even though it was not on display. Delivery was on time. Dennis and Cameron were respectful of my home and floors and did the installation professionally and efficiently. I would recommend this local business over the large chain stores.

The Automatic Appliance install technicians were very polite, professional and did a very good job installing and removing stove and stove hood. The Automatic Appliance associate who took the order matched up new stove with the old one very well. Scheduling was in timely manner with no problems. I would highly recommend Automatic Appliance.

Alex did a great job reviewing the products with me and we ended up buying all new appliances. Automatic was great because they also dealt with propane appliances and installing the proper propane gas conversion kits which the big box stores do not. The installers Alejandro and Cameron were great as well. If you need a new appliance these people are the best. Thanks.
